The Punisher must face a challenge now. When Billy "The Brute"'s face is scared turning him into Jigsaw. Ma Gnucci and her gang go into war with Punisher, hiring The Russian. To make things worse, new masked killers are showing up and want Castle to work with them

We open up to FRANK CASTLE, his wife MIA CASTLE, and his son DAVID CASTLE. They are in a park. We see a montage of them eating, dancing, and playing around. Then suddenly it ends when they hear a gunshot. Mia starts crying and David looks confused. Suddenly a bullet strikes through David's neck as he falls down, along with his head. Then we see a gangster's finger pull on an Uzi's trigger as it fires killing Mia. Then Frank gets shot in the leg by a Colt 45. We hear sirens as the gangsters run away. Frank falls down and starts crying, covered up in blood. He lifts up their dead corpses and a large blood stain forming Punisher's skull logo on his T-shirt.

Then we fade out from Frank yelling like a barbarian, over his lungs. The letters "Punisher" appear. Then we suddenly hear a grenade explode into the letters. Then bullets start flying. They stop and it says "Frank, No More".

The credits end as we see the words "Two years later" on a newspaper headline. We pull out to see BILLY "THE BRUTE" RUSSOTI holding the newspaper. He slams it down on the table, surrounded by other mobsters with anger. Behind him is a forrest. It is night in a CONNECTICUT forrest.

Billy: What the fuck is this? Steve! I asked you to do the simple task of not letting Punisher ruin Ma Gnucci's new exchange!

Steve: Well Punisher was there and he had a.... had a.... had a..... had a..

Billy: Had a what?!

Steve: Chain Gun with an RPG attached.

Billy: Bull shit! No such thing is in existance! Who else was with you?

Steve: Paul, George, Garth, Gerry, Ross, and J.R. were there.

Billy: Garth! Is he lying?

Garth: No.

Billy: Punisher must be a pretty smart fella'. Stevie boy, any thing else that made you guys not... stop... Punisher! And how don't we know this guys name? He has n mask or nuthin'!

Garth: His name is Frank Castle. His family was killed during an exchange with The Ennis family.

Billy: Do we know his adress?!

Garth: Even the president doesn't know where he is.

Billy: Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck! Was there anyone with him?

Steve: no, but some other guy was there.

Billy: Who?!

J.R.: I didn't see anyone.

Billy: Did anyone else see a second man?

Gerry: No.

Billy: Liar!

He then shoots Steve and spits on him. He puts his foot on top of him, smiling.

Billy: Clean this up and tell his family he was shot by Punisher.

He then picks his foot up as other gangsters take him away.

Billy: Get me on the phone with 'Ma. She aint' gonna' be happy.

Billy walks away as we fade to PUNISHER outside of the house the gangsters are in. Punisher is in assualt gear holding two modified M-16's on the back. He pulls out an AG36/G36 combo and loads it.

We then pull into see Billy walking. Then we see Punisher put on a mask and take cover behind a near-by large rock. He mounts up the gun on the rock. We then go inside the building as Billy walks with the gangsters. They keep walking untill someone spots a grenade in the air.

Gangster: Fuck! Fuck!

He then leaps as the grenade explodes through the window. It is a SMOKE GRENADE. The gangsters are blinded, crawling as Punisher fires off at them. He kills many as they start pulling out handguns and Uzi's. They start running and firing at him. Punisher shoots another grenade and then chases after them. He fires off killing all of the gangsters, except for Billy. He chases Billy, shooting bullets at him. Billy opens the garage and leaps through the window of a HUMMER. The HUMMER drives away but Castle shoots one of the wheels as it starts spinning out of control. It crashes as Billy leaps out the driver door. He spits out blood and stands up. He then begins running. Punisher then drops his AG36/G36 combo. He runs after Billy. They enter a RECYCLING FACTORY. They fight on a bridge above the shredders. The two fist fight untill Punisher lifts him up and throws him into one of the shredders. We see his face get ripped up, blood flying.

Billy: Fuck! My face you bastard! You'll pay for this! You little shit. I'm glad you're family was killed! I wish I could have been the one to do it! Fuck you!

His face then gets ripped up. Punisher looks angry and pulls out a blowtorch. He then throws it down into the shredder as it explodes burning Billy's face. Billy screams in pain, crying.

Billy: My face!

Punisher then walks away as Billy yells "Wait you fuc tard! I'll kill you!". Punisher then gets out and walks away. Then suddenly we hear MICROCHIP speak.

Microchip: Frank, did you catch Billy?

Punisher: No, I left him to die. Shredded face, set it in flames. Glass cutter.

Microchip: Holy shit Frank. You must have screwed him up.

Punisher: He got what de deserved. Do you have my location?

Microchip: Yeah. My apprentice Henry should be there with a Van.

Punisher: I see him.

Suddenly we see a BLACK VAN. Inside is HENRY.

Henry: Nice to meet you Frank.

Punisher: Frank Castle died one day in June. I'm The Punisher.

Henry: Oh.

He looks shellshocked. He also has a confused, wrinkled look on his face. Almost crying in fear. Punisher then opens the van and takes off his vest, revealing a white tanktop. He spits blood on the floor and leaps in. He puts his guns in the back. Henry then starts driving.

Henry: So, where do you want to go?

Punisher: Micro's. Quick.

We then fade to the next morning. Henry pulls out to Micro's house as Frank snores. Henry then shakes his arm as Frank wakes up from the shake. He then gets up, runs his hands through his hair, and grabs the weapons. He carries them and drops them in Micro's garage. He then opens the door when we see MICRO.

Micro: Hey Punisher. Loose anything?

Punisher: The G36 with the launcher.

Micro: That was alot of work!

Punisher: And a jammed triger. Test your weapons. And stop shinning them to be bright. I do night work.

Micro: I think you might want to see this.

Micro then hands him the mornings paper. The headline reads "GNUCCI DRUG LORD FOUND". Punisher reads it. He reads untill he says that a group of gangsters picked him up from the cops control. He then slams down the paper. We then see Billy, now face coverd in medical tape. Only his eyes, nose, and mouth are left open. He is in a large chair. His right eye is huge and swollen. With him is MA GNUCCI and the gangsters from the earlier confrence. With him is SCALPEL.

Billy: Open up the fucking tape.

Scalpel: Calm down. You'll screw up the tape.

Billy: Fine.

Scalpel then takes a small blade. He takes it a rips open a start in the tape.

Scalpel: Hold still.

He then pulls off the tape slowly.

Scalpel: You're face had been all cut up. Barely any flesh. Smashed bones. Luckily. I was able to help you. You're eye had swollen up. You're check had been pulled back. Your lips inflated up a little bit. Here you go.

He then hands him a mirror. Billy looks scared and looks in the mirror. He then gets a sad look. He then throws the mirror across the room. It smashes on the wall.

Billy: Fuck! I look like a Jigsaw puzzle. You little!

Scalpel: Stop.

He then takes his gloves off and washes his hands. He then puts the gloves back on.

Scalpel: You could have had no face left and died. If you listen to me the service will be free.

Billy: Fine.

Scalpel: Who threw you into that machine?

Billy: Castle.

Scalpel: Who stopped Ma's latest deal?

Billy: Castle.

Scalpel: Exactly. Do you hate Castle?

Billy: Yes.

Scalpel: You should take you're anger and get revenge. We need to kill Castle before he gets you and Ma.

Billy: Good idea.

Scalpel: Thanks.

Billy: But you don't threaten me.

Then J.R. shoots him in the back of the head. Billy then stands up and rolls his head.

J.R.: What should I do with him Billy?

Billy: Billy's dead. Call me Jigsaw.

He then walks over to the window and looks out. He then sees his reflection and starts laughing. He keeps laughing and turns to Ma.

Billy: What do we have up next?

Ma: Kill Castle. Simple.

Billy smiles.

Billy: What about The Russian?

Ma: We don't know where Castle is.

Billy: Let's check.

He then turns around and faces the gangsters.

Billy: Who here is willing to die?

George raises his hand.

Billy: Good.

We then fade out to later that day. We see inside New York City a large glass building. We pull inside to see a table of well dressed men and woman.

Man: Thank you. How's advertising doing?

Man 2: What the?

We then see MR. PAYBACK holding an automatic weapon.

Mr. Payback: Call me Mr. Payback.

He lifts his gun and walks up to the table.

Mr. payback: This is payback for the misery you have caused and the communities you've destroyed! You monsters know what I am talking about. You're guards are out cold, my fight is with you. Not them. You will not be so fortunate. Investments, the great and the good. Millions pass through your hands, each and every day. Millions of gallons of blood are splashing through those hands. It's Payback for what you did. You shut down tons of people's work. Screwed over tons.

He then waits a second and yells.

Mr. Payback: It's time for payback!

He then shoots all of them, blood flying.

We fade from a shot of Payback shooting his weapon, blood in face to a car driving in a ghetto.

Prime: Are you gentlemen crack dealers by any slight chance?

Gangster 1: Are what?

Gangster 2: I dunno Sherlock. What you think we are? An' jus' exactly what you s'posed to be.

We then see Elite step out, hands behind his back.

Elite: I am Elite.

We then see behind Elite.

Elite: This is a very nice neighborhood you gentlemen are enroaching on. Perhaps you kind men can find some more appropriate to tender to you.

Gangster 3: Yeah, maybe you could find somewhere appropriate to drop dead, fool....

Gangster 2: So what you want, man?

Elite: I don't think you understand. This is a nice neighborhood. Children are safe. Crime is minimal. Property values are high. I will not allow you gentlemen to start buisness anywhere with in a ten-block radius of this spot we are at on this fine day.

Gangster 2 then steps out.

Gangster 2: Yeah, yeah, whatever C'mon what you need homes? I mean you got cash, I can get it. Jus' tell me.

We then have an Elite close up.

Elite: I want you trash to leave because you lower this neighborhood's tone.

Gangster 4: Man this dude is trippin'.

Gangster 2: You got any idea who you messin' wit'?

Elite then pulls a silenced handgun from behind his back and shoots Gangster 2 in the neck.

Gangster 5: Damn!

Gangster 1 is then shot.

Gangster 6: Aaaah, no!

Elite then shoots the rest of them and walks away.

Elite: Peasants...

Suddenly he hears a dog bark when he reaches a street corner. We see an elderly woman smoking and walking her dog. Her dog is urinating.

Elite: Your dog is urinating on the sidewalk, madam.

The woman then turns her head.

Woman: What is it to you freakshow?

Elite: The name is Elite mam.

He then shoots the dog. The woman starts crying and goes to care for her dead dog.

Woman: Mr. Fluffing!

Elite: It's a nice neighborhood. Let's try to keep it that way.

We then cut to night. Punisher is firing an uzi at a car. The car drives away and crashes through the gate of a near-by zoo. The gangster is George. He turns around and shoots a handgun at Castle. Castle puts a bullet through his neck. George then falls and Castle drops the gun.

Castle: Shit.

A bullet then hits Castle's bulletproof vest as he runs away. Then we see Ma Gnucci step out of a limo.

Ma: It's him! Get Castle! He ruined my buisness! He disfigured my grand son's face! He'll kill you, the family, and you're family! i want his head!

She then points at Castle.

Castle [Narration]: I was out to kill Ma. I found one of her high chiefs. Burnt down a bar. Tonight's body count passed to hundred's with that chief.

He keeps running.

Gnucci: He killed Steve! Find him!

Castle then hides behind a rock near the Piranha display. A gangster with a Colt 45 runs into the display. Castle then sneaks up behind him and covers his mouth his hand. He takes the gun with one hand and dunks him into the fish. We see the man's face get eaten off. He stops moving and Punisher walks away for disguise.

Punisher [Narration]: I always loved the zoo. Unfortunatley, I thought small asides from the flame thrower and Uzi. I only have a forty-five. They have Sub Machine Guns. My night goes down hill from there.

Castle then sneaks to Ma Gnucci and shoots her two escorts. She starts to run but Punisher chases her. The two then fall into the bear pit.

Punisher [Narration]: Just what I needed. Great.

He then spots the bears and smiles.

Punisher [Narration]: Weapon.

A baby bear walks up to Punisher.

Punisher [Narration]: Cute, loving, adorable. I don't need it.

He then punches the bear and runs after Ma. She trips and Punisher jumps up, over the wall using Ma's back. Punisher then looks down and watches as the bears wrip off Ma's limbs and hair.

Punisher [Narration]: Sirens. I wish the show could go on.

He then runs away as we fade to a church. We are inside a confession booth. The Holy is inside with a gangster.

Gangster: Father forgive me. I have sinned. Were should i start Father? It's been a while. I killed some dudes, one fool in front his momma. Didn't know what hit him. Guess what? I'm still hittin' dudes today.

The Holy: Dear god.

Gangster: Am I clean? Could you absolve me of sin?

The Holy: Absolve of sin?! You think you can act like animal and be forgiven just like that?! You got it! I'll absorve you.

He then kicks down the door and lifts an ax.

The Holy: I'll absolve you!

Gangster: holy....

The Holy: Yes! The Holy! I am The Holy!

He then chops the ax through the head of the gangster, which we see split in half. We then fade to the next day. The Holy is digging a grave for the gangster. The Holy is on his knees crying.

The Holy: Why lord?! Why hast thou forsaken meeeeeeeee?! I thought I could have fought the madness!

Suddenly a newspaper flys into his face. "Upppph." On the cover is a story of Punisher. "Huuh?"

The Holy: Who is this man? Let's see.

He then looks at the paper.

The Holy: Oh lord! Thank you! I see! I am no longer alone!

He then smiles an holds the paper to his chest. Then we fade to under a rail road track. We see Punisher's armory. He puts two uzis in the lower chest handgun holsters. He puts a roll of tape in his lower leg holster. He then puts a knife in the back holster. He snaps on an arm case of sniper accesories and puts a M-4 on the back of his vest.

Punisher [Narration]: Tonight, I kill Ma Gnucci's son. Carlo Gnucci will be a few blacks away from the Blue Corparation's roof.

We then fade out to Ma Gnucci's hospital room. She has a greeting card on her bed.

Ma: What do you mean how am I doing?

Charlie: I was just concerned Ma.

Ma: You dim wit. Ruphis shoot him in the mouth. Feed him the bullets. Kill my brain damaged nephew.

Ruphis: Ma 'am?

Ma: Are you deaf or brain damaged like Charlie? Kill him.

Ruphis: Hey now Ma...

Jigsaw then bites Ruphis in the neck from behind. He takes him to the floor and pulls out a Desert Eagle. He puts the gun into Ruphis's mouth and shoots him untill the gun clicks. Jigsaw's white jacket gets drained in blood.

Jigsaw: Fucker.

He then starts kicking him.

Jigsaw: Tyrone, trash him.

Ma: Burn him.

Jigsaw then looks at the gangsters.

Jigsaw: If anyone crosses Ma, I will kill you and every little bit of realative and friend you have. Plus, I will make you watch. K?

All of the gangsters: Yes.

The suddenly the door opens as Ross runs in.

Ross: Ma! I found Castle!

Ma: Call in The Russian.

We then cut to the night. It is raining. Castle stands snipering Carlo Gnucci. Punisher has his M-4 aimed across to Carlo's private sweet. Inside his is doing a blonde girl.

Punisher [Narration]: The suppressor on my rifle and my range, Six hundred meter. Give it or take it. It should be all night before they look here.

Then suddenly a red baton hits off the far edge.

Punisher [Narration]: That's good..... I'm going to need every second.

Suddenly we see DAREDEVIL holding the baton, which bounced back up to him on a barrel above Castle.

Daredevil: Loose the gun and then raise your hands before I beat you to a pulp.

Castle then mounts the gun on the edge and turns around.

Daredevil leans over on the ledge.

Daredevil: Don't you ever stop? Sure Carlo is a monster, except when he falls it will be under the law. Not shot like a dog. Don't you understand? Can't you choose not to kill?

Punisher [Narration]: I can barely hear him. Doesn't matter.

Daredevil: If you could just see that you have a choice?

Punisher: I know these speeches of yours by heart.

Daredevil: But...

Punisher: Hit me.

Daredevil then leaps with a kick at Castle.

Punisher [Narration]: I'm letting him have the first round. He is in for a very bad night. He's not the enemy. He lives.

Punisher then falls down. Daredevil leaps to get him but Castle crawls away. Punisher then presses a button as a sound blast rings out. Daredevil then grabs his ears and blanks out. We go to black and the we see Daredevil chained to a pole. His right hand is behind his back.He has a revolver taped to his hand facing Castle. His only hand movement is to pull the trigger.

Daredevil: What is this?!

Punisher: One shot, one bullet, one chance to stop me shooting Carlo Gnucci. It's time for your choice you were telling me.

Daredevil: Now wait a minute......

Punisher: You can't break loose in time. You don't have space to throw the gun at time. Maybe break my shot. I have kevlar. My back is towards you. It has to be a headshot.

Punisher then loads the gun and puts his hands on the gun.

Punisher: If you do not shoot, you have a death on your conscience. A death you could have prevented. If you shoot, you're a killer.

Daredevil: What kind of a choice is that.....?

Punisher then grabs the gun and looks back.

Punisher: The one I make every time I pull the the trigger. I save a family from death. I prevent what happened to Frank Castle. Just like the one I am doing now.

Daredevil: No!

Punisher then looks into the scope.

Daredevil: You have to be out of your mind! I am not going to kill you!

We then see into Daredevil's eyes. We zoom in and see Matt Murdoch as a little kid. We see his dad being shot in the head with a revolver, the model Castle tied to his hand.

Punisher: Then Carlo Gnucci is dead.

Daredevil: No! Nobody has to die! You don't need to shoot! Carlo deserves to be taken off the streets but not killed! You're making the laws and society we want pointless! Crying out loud, don't you see that? Don't you?

Castle moves over the sniper a little bit.

Punisher: The thought of Carlo Gnucci living another minute is more than enough to make me insane. Don't you see?

Daredevil trys to speak but studders.

Daredevil: Oh my god....

Punisher: You got the spirit. I got the shot.

Daredevil: Castle. Frank. I can't let you kill him!

Punisher: Then shoot.

Daredevil: That's wrong. I won't do it.

Punisher: Then I will.

Daredevil: Please god. Forgive me.

He then pulls the trigger put there is a click. Punisher then shoots Carlo. He then lets go of the gun.

Punisher: No firing pin.

Daredevil then looks down as Punisher walks up to him.

Punisher: Leave the killing to me. The chains will be gone when you wake.

Daredevil: Huh?

Punisher then punches him, knocking him out. We then cut to early that morning. We see the top of the church. It is early morning and their is a red light up. The Holy is walking into the church, hands on face.

The Holy: Forgive me lord.

Suddenly a gangster walks in.

Gangster: Yo,yo,yo wassup, Fathuh? Could ya hurry up? I got some bad sins to confess.

The Holy: Of course my son. For, I am The Holy.

We see an angry look on The Holy's face. He lifts up the Ax and yells as we cut away to later that day. We see Elite walk up to a hot dog cart.

Elite: One hot dog with everything.

Salesman: Kay.

Elite: I've never seen you before When did you start?

Salesman: Yesterday.

Elite: Wouldn't it be better on Broadway with other vendors?

Salesman: Everyone goes there. Bad for business.

Elite: You don't understand. This is a neighborhood,

Elite then picks up his silenced pistol and shoots the man in the forehead.

Elite: Scum.

He then takes a pin off and drops a grenade into the cart. It explodes as he walks away.Then we see "Broadway Electronics" on a sign. We then go inside their large, glass building. They are passing around phones. Suddenly the door gets kicked down and we see Mr. Primetime with an AK-47.

Primetime: You bastards made the bomb that blew up that display in the zoo!

He then fires at them and starts laughing and yelling. Then we fade to inside Ma Gnucci's mansion. Ma Gnucci is sitting down watching TV. Suddenly we hear large footsteps whacking against the floor.

Ma: Ah, The Russian! I almsot lost hope.

Ma then shuts the TV and is put in her wheel chair. Gangsters and Jigsaw escort her outside with The Russian.

Russian: Who Scar man. He Joker?

Ma: No. He is Billy Russoti and very important. So, how long has it been?

Russian: Long time since Russian kill all the men. Yes?

Russian: Not that narrows it down much. Hahahaha!

Russian: So, how have you been? I see you loose weight.

Ma: Yes. Ha. What took you do long? It's been three weeks.

Russian: Well, when I get call come straight away. I forget me wanted in Forty-Eight states in U.S., yes? My memory is not good. Not since I move bullets out my skull. When I remember? I remember plane five miles above Canada. I can only open emergency escape. When I crash I hit head. Confused lot of time. Soon it all comes back and I cross border with no delay. Bingo! So, what's the problem?

Ma: Do you know who The Punisher is?

Russian: Is he super hero?

Ma: No but he fights well. Suppose he fights crime.

Russian: Is he like Might Thor? I like Thor. Big Hammer, seems like good Communist.

Ma: Show him the photo.

The Russian is handed photo of Punisher.

Russian: Big Skull cool.

Ma: I want you to smash him.

Russian: Me smash him. I stronger than Hulk. How much?

Ma: Ten mil.

Russian: I can buy many pairs of Levis for that. Many Compact Discs. It deal.

Ma: Glad to hear it. He's under the 51st Upper Manhattan train tracks. You will be escorted.

Gangster: But Ma! Everyone who has gone t get him has been sent back in a bodybag.

Jigsaw: Russian, kills these men. Let's see if you are as strong as Thor.

The Russian then rips through the two of them, splitting the two gangsters pointed at to drive him in half.

Russian: Me stronger than Dolph. I will break you.

Jigsaw: Perfect.

Jigsaw then stares out into the distance as "Jigsaw Falling Into Place" by Radiohead starts playing. We then cut to Punisher's armory. Suddenly Frank's phone rings.

Punisher: What is it Micro?

Micro: Gnucci found you. Get out quick! They have a huge blonde guy.

Punisher: The Russian.

He then drops the phone and grabs a chain gun off the wall. He puts the gun on a table and takes his vest. He puts it on and puts two Uzi's in the chest holsters. He puts a shotgun in his back holster. He puts two revolvers into his leg holsters. He then throws two modded FN FALs on his back. He then grabs an M60 and ties a rope around it. He takes the rope and ties it to have a handel. He grabs the handel and then pulls it, blowing open the hatch to get upstairs. He then throws the chain gun up and jumps up. He lifts it up and stands behind a wall, listening. Suddenly The Russian smashes through the wall.

Russian: Peek - a- boo!

Then an M240 starts firing at Punisher, but Punisher leaps onto the chest of The Russian and uses him as cover. The bullets miss and The Russian throws him across the railing, into the tracks. Punisher then starts to cough up blood. Suddenly they hear sirens.

Punisher [Narration]: Perfect. I need to get him into that pole.

The Russian then leaps at him. Punisher then murmurs "Perfect." He smashes The Russians head into a metal pole. He slams his face into the pole and keeps repeating. Punisher pulls out an Uzi but The Russian destroys it with his grip.

Russian: Naughty, naughty!

Punisher then kicks him in the nuts and grabs a railroad spike. He loosens it and slides into The Russian, wripping Punisher's pants. The Russian falls into the spike and starts laughing.

Russian: I am a Man!

He then punches Punisher and sends him flying. Then suddenly Cops run down, all loaded with M-16's, MP5's, .45's, and Shotguns.

Police [All]: Freeze!

The Russian ignores them and shoot at him. He takes the bullets and starts laughing. He pulls them out and throws them at Frank. He then leaps up and kicks one of the cops head off. He bends his gun and chokes another cop. He then rips the gun in half with ease and stabs all of the cops with them. Punisher then takes his other Uzi and throws it at The Russian.

Punisher: Hey!

The Russian then leaps across the tracks but suddenly a Train smashes into him.

Punisher: Perfect time.

He takes a breath and waits. Then suddenly he is tackled by The Russian and his face is beaten into the ground. The Russian laughs more, his face now covered in scars.

Russian: I look like Billy!

Then The Russian slams into Punisher with his shoulder.

Russian: I'm The Juggernaut bitch!

The Russian keeps laughing.

Russian: You're weaker than Thomas Jane!

He keeps laughing untill Punisher pulls out a pair or Brass knuckles with spikes and goes to punch The Russian, but instead kicks him. He then stabs him in the leg and The Russian pulls it right out. He then throws Punisher into a wall near the stairs.

We then cut to The Holy.

The Holy [Narration]: I can't believe this. I have sinned. Forgive me lord. The pain of mine is killing. I should just die. I am as bad as they are. But yet it feels right. I am not doing what is needed, I am doing what must be done. Amen.

He then lifts up an ax and slices it into a waiting gangster's head in the confession booth.

Next we cut back to Punisher fighting The Russian in city streets. Punisher slams The Russian's face onto a Hot Dog stand's grill. He keeps slamming his head untill a fat man starts getting ready to run away. Punisher then takes him and throws him on top of The Russian and holds him down untill The Russian yells out "My face!". He lets the fat man up revealing a burnt faced Russian. Punisher kicks him in the nuts.

Russian: Now I might not be able to have mini-Russians! You!

Punisher then punches him in the face, peeling off skin. The Punisher then throws him through a near by window. The suddenly we see through Punisher's vision. The camera then takes a fall and fades to black. We open up to Ma Gnucci's house. A gangster is guarding the door. Jigsaw is next to her.

Jigsaw: The Russian's face was burnt up. He survived. Punisher was caught and in jail. Two of Kingpin's men tried to call.

Ma: That fat guy's men? 'Ew. Now that Castle is in jail we havve to start running buisness at instant... go.

Jigsaw: Yes Ma G.

We then cut to Punisher in "Lecter" Heavy Security. Suddenly the door opens. DOCTOR RUBEN AND TWO COPS walk in.

Ruben: Good morning.

She then sees Punisher.

Ruben: oh my god... unlock him this instant.

Cop 1: What?

Ruben: Let him go.

Cop 2: Warrants order.

Ruben: Let him out of that contraption.

Cop 1: Lady....

Ruben: He's not a Canibal. Did you even read his report? He isn't going to hurt me. Why? He's a criminal killer. I'm not a criminal.

Ruben then sits at a table across from Castle.

Ruben: How are things?

Punisher has no response.

Ruben: Come on, a bit of a joke I was going for. Icebreaker. Yeah. I see you caused a bung of a thing at lunch yesterday.

We then flashback to Castle stabbing a criminal with a spoon in the heart at lunch. Then we flash to modern day. Castle has no response.

Ruben: How many is that? Nine dead inmates in what? It's amazing they bother letting you out of solitary.

Punisher still has no response.

Ruben: So, I've been riding the warren about getting you out of here altogether. I told him all Frank Castle wants to do is execute criminals rather than civillians. That's why they call him The Punisher. And what do they do? They put him in the largest prison in New York. You know? The warden doesn't see the irony. Or maybe he does. Who knows. I know you do. But the guy is definitely dead set on keeping you in here... that is for sure. You have to wonder.

Punisher: Wonder what?

Ruben: He speaks. I wondered maybe he likes you in here... thining the herd for him. So I looked up the record of your latest "Kill". I say you sure can pick. This one.. Jim Washington. Series of rape and assualts. Right up your alley. What did he say that got you in such dander?

Punisher: He made it very clear that he was no longer needed on the planet.

Ruben: Says you.

Punisher: Says some little girl I saved from a life of horror.

Ruben: Maybe.

Punisher: Definitely.

Ruben: You know what you didn't do? It didn't bring your family back.

Punisher: Talk...?

He then starts watering up in his eyes, looking intense. He has a flashback to his family's murder.

Punisher: No. I don't want to talk about it.

Ruben: Frank, I've read the reports. You know you were an exceptional police officer. I respected your wife a great deal. If you hadn't of killed those cops..


Punisher: I didn't kill them!

He then starts breathing heavy.

Ruben: I could have gotten help, but no one helps a cop killer.

Punisher: I am not a cop killer!

Ruben: Except, it doesn't fit. If you know something about the cops you killed. Something I can use to state your case.

Ruben: She was a spectacular woman Frank... my heart breaks every time I think of the nightmare your life has become... but I can not help. I- I can get you out of here. I can get you into a more humane institution where you can work out your........ issues.... and...

Punisher: No you can't.

Ruben: Frank... So... we're done?

She then gets up and leaves a pen and paper clip.

Ruben: Stubborn....

She then leaves the door.

Ruben: I just want to help you.... guard.

Punisher then looks down and sees the pen.

Cop 2: Congrats on behaving for two minutes tough guy.

The cop then un-hooks his cups.

Cop 1: Back to the "hole" you go.

We then fade to later that day in Times Square. All the screens and LED word lights saying "PUNISHER ESCAPES FROM JAIL". We then cut to one of the already seen news reports being watched by Elite. We see the back of his head. his buttons his jackets cuffs and puts his mask on. He then loads his handgun and puts it in his jacket. He then walks out as we cut to Mr. Payback opening a hotel door. We see the back of his buzz cut head. He lifts up his mask, puts it on, and grabs his gun. He throws the gun in the bag. He grabs a big coat and throws a hood over his head. He turns on the TV and sees the report. He then shuts it off and we see him smile. He then looks down and walks away. He closes the door and walks away. We then cut to him entering a green car. He drives untill he sees Elite. He pulls over. He sees Elite shoot someone. He then turns around and lifts up his gun.

Elite: I know you.

Mr. Payback: Get in the car Elite.

Elite: Where's The Holy.

Mr. Payback: We have to go get him.

Payback smiles as Elite gets in. They drive untill they see a man with a mohawk limping away from a church.

Man: Help! The father has an ax. He's crazy.

Elite then shoots him. The Holy then walks out.

The Holy: Hello. You like my idea?

Payback: Punisher broke out, we can find him and get him as our leader now.

The other two say "Deal." and shake hands. We then cut to Jigsaw walking with Ma Gnucci. Jigsaw has an M-16. The gangsters all have Uzi's and Shotguns. They are surrounded by 30 gangsters.

Ma: Go take care of the Jewelian family. I'll go contact cousin Barry to find them.

The gangsters and Jigsaw then walk away and get into Hummers. The trucks drive away. We then cut to inside a Hummer. We pull through Jigsaw's eye. We see him before the accident. Handsome and looking in a mirror. He is smiling. He then fades into when he first looked into the mirror after the accident. Next, we pull out and see Jigsaw upset, but yet laughing. Jigsaw then puts down his gun and pulls out a revolver. He lifts it up to his head.

Jigsaw: Let's make the Jigsaw pieces fall together. Who want's some Russian Roulette? Hahahahaha. How's Maginity doing? He's quite the gambler. I'm sure Russian loves Roulette. Garth, give me a smoke.

Garth then pulls out a Cigarette and lights it. He hands it to Jigsaw and Jigsaw burns off a little of his stitches off and laughs. He then starts to smoke. The truck then stops as they pull up to the Jewlian family's mansion. The doors open as Jigsaw and all the men jump out. They start running out and kick open the doors to the place. They shoot all the guards and when they are all dead Jigsaw walks in. He then walks up the stairs to the bedroom. He kicks down the door and starts laughing.

Jigsaw: Hello Bobby.

Bobby: What do you want?

He says it scared.

Jigsaw: Ma needs her money... and you're not giving it. Are you a man who likes to rip people off? Like Madeoff.

Bobby: Nuh.....nuh.....nuh..... nuh... n..

Jigsaw: You are!

He then shoots him in the face and starts laughing as he shoots up the room. He then walks out of the room.

Jigsaw: Take the money. The more we have, the more you get.

Jigsaw then smiles and starts laughing as everyone runs up stairs. Then we cut to The Punisher. He is sitting at a bar, head down. Country music plays in the background as two gangsters walk up to Frank and hold guns up to his head.

Gangsters: Give us all your money.

Punisher then moves his hands up and reveals and MP5 under his sleeve. The Gangsters don't see it but the camera does. Punisher then goes to reach in his pocket but he shoots the gangster to his right and then turns and uses him as a shield. The bullets enter the gangster's body and Punisher shoots the other gangster. He then walks away slowly with his head down. We then cut to see Punisher on the phone with Micro, now in the train station underground wearing a long sleeve black shirt and black jeans.

Punisher: We caught Jigsaw?

Micro: Yeah, he's at The Steamer with The Russian and Ma. It looks like something's going on.

Punisher: I'll be right there.

Punisher then throws on a bullet proof vest. He puts two Uzis in his lower chest holsters. He puts a wrist .45 under both arm sleeves. He puts an AK-47 and M-16, both modded on his back holsters. He puts a revolver in each leg holster and two daggers in each arm holster. He then puts on his vest. He puts a black coat on, over the vest. He then puts his hood over his head and walks upstairs. He then walks away from the empty subway and leaves into the night. We then cut to Jigsaw, Ma, and The Russian surrounded by gangsters and suitcases. In front of them are two Yakuza members surrounded by suitcases and gangsters. They are inside a private booth in The Steamer.

Ma: It's a deal?

Yakuza Man 1: No. Not untill you tell us what happened at the bay last shipment.

Suddenly the lights go out, all except a glowing red light. It is on the first Yakuza man's head. Suddenly a rapid fire shot bursts into the man's head as Punisher steps out of the dark with an uzi while people start running out the club and yelling all the while.

Punisher: Me.

He then leaps behind the bar for cover and shuts off his light.

Ma: Turn the fucking lights on!

Then The Russian turns the lights on, walking into a trap as Punisher leaps onto his back, stabbing him in the neck with a dagger. He then fires at the gangsters and kills most of them. The gangsters then reveal M&P15's and shoot at Punisher. Punisher uses The Russian for cover. He fires at the gangsters as Jigsaw pushes Ma away, out the club. Punisher then rolls back behind the bar and looks around. He then sees a chandelier. He then gets out his M16 and shoots the Chandelier. It falls, splattering the glass pieces, killing all of the gangsters but one. The gangster then drops his gun and runs away. He runs directly past Punisher and Punisher shoots him. He then gets up, kneeling, looking around. He then sees everyone else is gone. He then notices on the TV. Elite, The Holy, and Mr. Payback in a picture.

Newcaster: The three have said Punisher will lead them as a group.

Punisher then looks disgusted and shoots the TV. He then walks outside and sees Ma and Jigsaw driving away in a jeep. Punisher then leaps into one of the other Jeaps and starts driving. He leans out the window and starts shooting at the car. They drive around a building and Punisher leaps onto the car's roof. He grabs on as his legs swing around. He drops the Uzi. He then pushes his legs around, kicking down and falling into the back window. He reaches for a gun put Jigsaw punches him. He then reclines his chair and leaps back onto Punisher as the car crashes through a store's glass doors. The glass flys into Jigsaw's back causing him to grab his back as Punisher pulls out a dagger and decapitates him. Ma the whole time had been trying to open the car door with her mouth. Punisher then taps her on the shoulder and she turns around as he shoots her in the face with an AK-47 untill he runs out of ammo. He then stabs her in the chest for good measure.

Punisher: Ah.

He grunts and gets out of the car. He then hears sirens and runs away into the dark. We then cut to the police arriving on the scene. DETECTIVE MARTIN SOAP steps out and goes up to one of the Police surrounding the crime scene and shows his badge.

Soap: Detective Martin Soap. Head of The Punisher investegation unit.

The cop then lets him as Soap looks into the car and lets out a girl squeal and pukes.

Soap: My god....

We then cut to Punisher arriving to The Holy's church. He walks in and The Holy runs up to him.

The Holy: I knew you would come! It was inveitable.

Punisher: it certainly was.

He then lifts up two MP5's.

Elite: This is an honor.

Payback: You inspired us all! Thank you sit.

Elite: You're here to lead our squad?

Punisher then walks up to The Holy.

Punisher: You're a lunatic.

He then walks to Elite.

Punisher: You're a Nazi.

He then walks to Payback.

Punisher: Does Maria Lopez ring a bell?

Payback: Eh?

Punisher: She was a dry cleaner you killed at a Fisk building. One of four innocent people you killed. And now you get what you deserve. To be Punished.

The Holy: But will you lead us sir? We can punish the guilty together!

Punisher: No.

He then shoots all three of them.
