This is only a treatment. I haven't had time to write it as a script or fix it. It may not be too good, but it's only a first draft and in the words of Hemingway, "The first draft of anything is shit."

IRON MAN
SCENE ONE
PETER PARKER is aboard a Stark Aircraft Carrier, waiting for someone. A Stark luxury jet lands. TONY STARK exits while MEGAN FOX sleeps. HAPPY HOGAN guards him and PEPPER POTTS gives him his schedule.
EDDIE BROCK interviews Stark, but is cut short when Hammer Tech helicopters arrive. The helicopters open fire and Hogan rushes Stark inside. Stark begins putting on the Iron Man armor and Parker puts on his Spider-Man suit. The two go out to fight.
HAMMER SOLDIERS lower onto the ship and begin wreaking havoc. Tony notices what they’re after and has Hogan go guard a briefcase. Iron Man and Spider-Man fight off the soldiers. Spider-Man slings off, only to get back into Parker clothes. Tony rushes to the suit case, to find it’s missing.
SCENE TWO
Stark Tower. Tony sits in his office, drinking a bottle of vodka. General NICHOLAS FURY of S.H.I.E.L.D. enters. He goes to brief Tony on S.H.I.E.L.D., but Tony knows. Nick questions Tony, trying to find out what was in the briefcase. Tony tells him about it:
It’s a blueprint. Tony’s developed a new Iron Man armor called the Crimson Dynamo. It’s a larger, heavier suit, but stronger than the Iron Man. It has a missile rig on the back, a chest proton beam cannon, chain guns on the arms, and a proton-based jet boot for flight.
Fury asks Tony if he has some ideas who stole it. Tony does.
SCENE THREE
Unable to go off Tony’s accusation of it being Justin Hammer due to the jet types, Fury and Tony go to Air Force COLONEL JAMES RHODES to look at some scans Tony took. Rhodes and Stark have been friends for ages. Rhodes discovers the owner of the jets- Justin Hammer (also the maker).
SCENE FOUR
Justin Hammer, Tony’s rival is in his office. He speaks in a conversation with someone we don’t see. We find out it’s the industrial saboteur known as GHOST, a sort-of myth amongst CEOs. We find out Ghost stole the Crimson Dynamo print. Ghost leaves as the intercom rings. Tony, Fury, and S.H.I.E.L.D. Soldiers arrive to take Hammer.
