Gotham's Knight Gotham's Knight is a 2010 superhero action film written and directed by Thomas Macdonald. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film is a continuation of Christopher Nolan's Batman film series and a sequel to 2008's The Dark Knight. Christian Bale will reprise the lead role. The film is set for worldwide release on October 1, 2010. Synopsis
Picking up where The Dark Knight left off, Batman is still on the run. While mainstream crime in Gotham City is relatively under control - with no Batman or Harvey Dent to patrol the undesirables, the mob's underground racket strives with help from notorious crime boss The Penguin. When ruthless gangster Roman Sionis (better known as Black Mask) is also brought into operations, Gotham City is a vulnerable as ever. Cast Christian Bale as Batman Philip Seymour Hoffman as The Penguin Gary Oldman as James Gordon Scarlett Johansson as Selina Kyle/Catwoman Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth Robert Knepper as Roman Sionis/Black Mask Josh Brolin as Tony Zucco Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox Brian Dennehy as Rupert Thorne James Gandolfini as Harvey Bullock Julie Christie as Leslie Tompkins Ashley Judd as Sarah Essen

Interesting. Can't wait to read it.
I think Phillip Seymour Hoffman is the perfect choice for The Penguin.
I'm actually surprised, though, you're not going with The Riddler for the central villian... With JGL playing the part.

I'm more interested in the gritty underground crime scene than the grandeur Riddler stories, to be honest. I've done a fair bit of research and polishing on the storyline for about a year now, so hopefully you guys notice! I'm at 35 pages so far.
