Spider-Man is swinging through the sky. He is doing flips and kicking off of buildings. There is a commotion in the middle of a street.
SPIDER-MAN
Oh, god what now?
Spider-Man gets closer and Rhino is running around destroying cars and buildings. People are jumping and running away. Cops are shooting at Rhino. Spider-Man jumps on Rhino.
SPIDER-MAN
Oh hello. Hey is that a pencil in your forehead or are you just happy to see.....
Rhino grabs Spider-Man and throws him into a wall.
SPIDER-MAN
I don't like it ruff, but whatever.
Spider-Man shoots web balls at Rhino.
RHINO
You're on my last nerve web head.
SPIDER-MAN
There are about 100 puns I could make right now, or I can just bring you down....hurm.....Oh I know!
Spider-Man dropkicks Rhino in the head. His head comes off revealing it was just a robot.
SPIDER-MAN
Oh....Well isn't that just dandy.
Black goo starts to seep out of the robot Rhino.
SPIDER-MAN
We can't have this.
Spider-Man takes out a small device and pushes a button. The red light on it starts to blink. All of a sudden a huge helicopter comes out of the sky, it lands in the middle of the street. The letters "S.H.E.I.L.D." are on the side. A group of soldiers get out and wrap up the Rhino robot and carry him onto the helicopter. Other people get out and pick up the black goo. Nick Fury gets off of the helicopter.
NICK FURY
OK, everybody. I want a regular 319 in here.
Nick Fury walks towards Spider-Man as he walk towards him.
SPIDER-MAN
Yeah, 319, 87511. You know it. Hey newbie pick up that goo.
NICK FURY
Spider-Man! NO!
The "newbie" picks up the goo and it attaches to his body. Feeding off his body. The "newbie" starts screaming and crying. He is rolling on the ground. Nick Fury pulls out a gun. It shoots out a sound wave and the symbiote leaps off. A bunch of people in Hazmat suits come up and trap the go. Then they carry it away into the helicopter.
NICK FURY
Spider-Man, I'm pretty sure you know what that was.
SPIDER-MAN
Venom having a good time?
NICK FURY
Let's talk.
EXT. Rooftop
NICK FURY
Word is that Dr. Doom and Venom have teamed up. They're trying to get you in the symbiote suit so you would get out of control.
SPIDER-MAN
Why me?
NICK FURY
Venom has seen it before, he's seen you flip. Just please don't.
SPIDER-MAN
No worries. I'm as stable as a horse. Get it?
NICK FURY
Make sure you don't screw it up.

Dr. Doom is walking back and forth. There is a table with chairs facing a enourmous TV screen. He is obviously waiting for someone to come. The door burts open and smoke is coming from it.

Ahhh! Come in, come in. Welcome to The Masters of Evil.
In comes Iron Monger, The Red Skull, Venom, Magneto, and Sabertooth.
VENOM
This better be good.
DR. DOOM
Oh trust me, it will be.
SABERTOOTH
Listen, I was jsut getting a sent on a pack of wolves to hunt down. If I can't find those wolves, you're dead.
DR. DOOM
Yes, yes. Erik, how are you? Been a while since Charles got in our way.
MAGNETO

Magneto has a wide grin on his face.
DR. DOOM
OK, everybody sit down. Here's the deal.
Dr. Doom is talking while images behind him flash, one of Wolverine.
DR. DOOM
Erik and Sabertooth, it is your job to take down Logan. I believe that metal is your specialty, Erik. Do not kill, just capture.
Magneto nods his head. A picture of Spider-Man is shown.

Brock this is your job, to plant some symbiote on Spider-Man. Then wait 'till he snaps. That's when you bring him in.
VENOM
I wanna crush him like the bug he is.

All in good time. Skull you got Captian and Stane you have Stark. Everybody got it?
Everybody nods.
DR. DOOM

Distraction. While you guys are taking these people down, i'm grabbing the boy.

(The shot of the helicopter fades into a taxi speeding down a New York City street)

Logan opens them up and Sentinels are walking towards the house. Logan presses a button and a loud alarm sounds. The door flies open. Logan flies into the air and is pinned against the wall. The Masters of Evil are there. Magneto has his hand out.

Oh, hello Logan.
