Series Pilot: Chicago Ceaser's
Episode:Time Is A Luxury

Narrator: Time it is a luxury a luxury that we cannot afford it is given to us by god and then stripped away by him. In a way time is like a bank in which god deposits a person or the person is born and when God takes that person out of the bank it is time to say good bye.
Narrator: I James Cappelli was in a bank like that myself well until yesterday
James Capelli (Tony Sirico): I was born in a small town in Italy moved to America when I was 20, Chicago for the American dream.
James: But my father well he wasn't an easy man he ran the mafia in Italy and brought it over to Chicago. He died shortly and I took over the mob for 55 years making it one of the best in America.
James: But my reign came to an end in a hospital yesterday.
Screen goes black and the song "Touch The Sky" is performed and images are flashed.
Then we see a view of the church and massive sobbing by Carmella Capelli (an old lady made up: Lisa Tureet) she is the wife of James. Paulie(John Tutuoro) her son tries to confront her it does not work. Meanwhile the oldes son Tony(John R. Gasscollini) looks upon his fathers body. Irritated at his mother he screams.
Tony: Mom will you shut up sobbing is not going to bring dad back alright
The Priest then reads out James' will.
Priest: I hereby declare that all of my property will go to my wife and my money will also go to my wife but my mafia(please note that the priest is part of the family) will go to my two sons.
Tony and Paulie both yell out: What
After the funeral is over the two are drving in a car.
Tony: Listen Paulie I am the oldest alright and that will is bullshit I deserve all of the mafia.
Paulie: No way Tony what do you think dad made a stupid mistake he knows that with all the partying out that you do plus the lifestyle.
Tony: I don't have to listen to you blaber your mouth about this stuff alright I am an accomplished person.
Paulie: In what killing people I don't need a ride I will take a taxi, alright you son of a (curse word)
Tony: You just insulted your own mother dumb(curse word)
Paulie gets into a cab and goes to his house while TOny continues to his house Tony gets into his house where you meet his wife Sophia(Adia Tuturo), his son Ricky(unknown) and his daughter Julia(uknown)
Sophia: Wait till you see Julia's newest grade
Tony does not answer.
Sophia: Tony she got a 103.
Tony: Does it look like I give a shit alright man my father just died my mom is crying like there is no f*ing tommorow and you have to tell my about a f*ing 103 that a stupid little 7th grader got.
Sophia: Tony I taught it would well you know.
Tony: You taught about something that is a big surprise.
Sophia: Tony was the **** is wrong with you I mean you could be a little bit nicer to your wife you know.
Tony: You know what **** you.
Ricky: You know we could just keep on cursing it makes a great drama.
Tony: This is no time for sarcasam alright.
Sophia: Tony what the **** is your problem alright.

Sophia: Yeah go to your night clubs they help a lot.
Tony: Shut the **** up.
Tony is now seen at a night club then Paulie walks in.
Tony: What the hell are you doing here.
Paulie: I called home to apologize of the car ride today then your wife told me I would find you here.
Tony: Yeah pretty much.
Paulie: Listen man I am sorry but it just took me by surprise that you weren't willing to completley help me and you wanted all the mafia to yourself.
Tony: Listen it was also my fault I am ready to do it together if you are but listen let me make one thing clear to you right now you have the Westside and I have the Eastside and no matter what happens you will not interfier with the Eastside and I will not interfier with the West Side. Agree?
Paulie: Alright
The sun is up the next day and we see Tony get up and go down for some breakfast. He sits down and starts eating some waffles.
Ricky: You know dad I am thinking that since you and me cannot get a long for anything it is time for you to well move out.
Tony: What?
Ricky: No I am kidding dad.
Tony: Just shut the **** up.
Sophia: Tony you promised you would not curse.
Tony: Yeah but what you are going to do when someone starts talking...
Before he can finish there is a knock on the door Sophia goes and opens it to see Paulie.
Sophia: Paulie well how are you.
Paulie: Better than last night.
Sophia: Who isn't?
Paulie: Is Tony here?
Sophia: Yes come in.
Tony stands up from his chair and walks over to Paulie.
Paulie: How are you Tony?
Tony: Better than ever so what's the news.
Paulie: Listen you and me both have a mafia to control but for that to happen you need to well umm recruit people you know get people on your side.
Tony: Paulie we have all the people that were on our dad's--
But before he can finish...
Paulie: You may think that Tony but it isn't true.
Tony: So then who is on our side.
Paulie: So from that place are but Tony most of them hated our dad it was his power that well made him powerful.
Tony: So what do we do now?
Paulie: I have a couple of people in mind.
The two then walk over to Bobby Butherino (Mike Golic) house.
Bobby: Paulie, and Tony this must be bad news it has been so long since I have seen either of you.
Tony: Cut the crap Bobby.
Bobby: So how’s everyone doing?
Paulie (after a sigh): Listen Bobby James my dad died.
Bobby: What how he was invincible remember Mr. Invincible.
Paulie: We were all shocked alright man I taught he would be much better he had a heart attack.
Tony: Listen it happened a while back but now we inherited the mafia and we need people Bobby you mind doing it.
Bobby: Listen Tony man I would love to but man I mean I have a wife two kids you know I can’t be in the mob as well you know.
Paulie: So that’s the ****ing reason well I taught so you wer always a son of a **** Bobby.
(Bobby enraged brings Paulie to the wall)
Bobby: You know my mother is dead you w****** who the **** do you think your cursing at?
Paulie: Get a life you little wimp, I mean Tony has two kids, a wife, strippers, and he is still in the mob.
Bobby: I don’t live the lifestyle as your brother you piece of shit.
Tony: Hey you two cut it out stop acting like a bunch of sissies.
Paulie: Stay out of this Tony.
Bobby: Yeah Paul may ****
Paulie: You know I could quiet convince a mother ******** that you are a w*****
(Bobby and Tony burst out laughing)
Bobby: You still can’t make a insult for your life can you Paulie.
Paulie: I am serious alright.
Bobby: Listen I was going to say yes is you promised not to tell my wife I will tell her I am going on a business trip for a year.
Tony: But you don’t have a job.
Bobby: Yeah she thinks I do.
Paulie: Ummm well where do you go in the morning?
Bobby: Day clubs.
(Paulie and Tony burst out laughing)
Bobby: Will you two cut it out.
Tony: Yeah alright.
Paulie: Alright so he is my advisor.
(Tony gives a look a confusion)
Paulie: Do you agree?
Bobby: Of course.
Paulie: Alright good you and me will be on the West Side with me brother.
Bobby: I am ready for that.
The two shake and the episode ends we see the song Go-Getters while the credits roll up.
