Good good, it was almost there!!! just a few more secns and you would have blown me away. A good 3.5 out of 5. Mainly cuz I'm not a fan of puting still pictures in films. Also it would have been Badd @ss to see a slow mo of the body fall down after the lighter at the end. But yea, it was good. Prolly your best so far.
3.5 out of 5

Thanks, 16hour. If it gets accepted, the story will have more on the main character's backstory, and will be longer.

I liked what I saw, but I wouldn't say I saw enough to form a meaningful opinion. I look forward to seeing more.

After carefully reviewing this "pilot episode"--I have made the following decision:
The idea for a series based on these characters and events have been "accepted". Congratulations. It, though only a teaser of some sort, was quite interesting, had some nice images, and once you start with full episodes, I, like 16 Hour, am expecting to be blown away. I believe that there are a few people, at least, who will be interested in following this show, as I am. Good job indy!

Thanks! Actually, I have sort of a "pilot- Part 2" to get posted before I can start the full length (about 5 mins) episodes.

Well, it's quite obviously a little late for my opinion to make a difference, but I liked it. I liked what was going on there, the quality was good, the directing was good, the suspense had me waiting to see what was going on, and I thought the lighter falling was pretty cool. Like 16hour said though, it would have been badass to have the body hit the ground, too in slowmo.
Overall: Not bad, I like it. 8/10

The camera angles & atmosphere that are presented here are balanced both very well. The gun shot effect as well as all the sound effects seem to be expertly done. I'd like to see this story progress. It was a nice teaser and another plus side on this is that its the beginning of 'filmed' television episodes. Dryerman: The Series will be debuting soon -- and if that takes off we could have ourselves a nice ratings battle between two filmed works.
