I'm interested in how this could turn out. I really don't know how an Ant-Man movie would work. (The closest idea I came up with was a SHIELD movie that features him and Wasp heavily, along with other Avengers that aren't good enough to get their own movies, like Hawkeye. lol). So I'm interested to see what you do with this.

Doing this film is tricky, because unlike other big Marvel heroes, Ant-Man doesn't really have any great villians. What I'm trying to do is make this purely an origin story, and really nothing more. No big great bad-guy with a master plan, just telling how this heroes become heroes. The film will come from that, though there is some baddies in it (*cough*SKRULL*cough*)
I'm about halfway through your Spider-Man flick (have a review up probably tomorrow) and really dig it, already found a way or two to tie it to Ant-Man.
Reading interviews with Edgar Wright (who'll direct the actual Ant-Man film) I got the idea to include both the Hank Pym and Scott Lang versions of Ant-Man, similar to Nite-Owl/Nite-Owl II in Watchmen. Another way to tie films together is with Cletus Kasady who'll appear in cameo-form here, get caught and locked up with Eddie Brock (*hint*). Maybe in a Spidey-sequel you could include that.
'Bout 20 pages into it, won't be a really lengthy film but still. I'm taking influences from "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" and Tarantino writings. Should be interesting. Also, got some more cast members up, Hank Pym will appear in both a young and old format hence the two actors selected for him, same thing goes for The Wasp. The opening with Ant-Man I is set in the '60s and the rest in present day.

Uh... wow. This sounds pretty unconventional, but I like it. It really doesn't sound like a typical superhero thing, but I am most interested.
Just one thing... if you're going to have Cassidy go to jail, don't have him meet Brock. I'll send Brock to jail where he meets Cassidy.

Cast update. After finally figuring out the full plot details, I can promise there is a load of tie-ins and some pretty sweet cameos.
