1. PARTY CALL
: I thought this scene was mostly useless, and really was just stupid and unneeded after reading it over. The dialoge isn't really good either.
2. EXTENDED DR. MIXTER DEATH/ LAURIE CHASE
: I regret cutting this scene so much. I thought it was particularly scary, and really showed Michael's sadistic playfulness. If I could have thought about it and kept one thing in the movie, this would have been it. But, I wanted to trim down the overly long script so this was one thing that I sacrificed. Consider this scene back in there, as I would now.
3. EXTENDED HOSPITAL CHASE SCENE/OUTSIDE SCENE FROM TRAILER/ MICHAEL'S ESCAPE
: ANother should have right here. I always felt like the hospital basement scene was way to rushed in the ending, and this was originally how it panned out. I like this better, as it also leads to how Michael hid his mask and knife in the graveyard.
4. WE FOUND HIM/ HE'S DEAD
: DEFINETLY SHOULD HAVE KEPT IN. Do not know WHAT I was thinking upon taking this out, as I realized I never explained how he his his mask or knife after taking it out. Now you know. Plus, I just liked this scene.
5. EXTENDED ENDING
: I could take or leave this ending, really. It was way overlong, and a little too on beat. I don't know, with the stabbing through the wall and everything, it's already been seen in the movie with the bath room door, and the random weapon Laurie finds it's just not for me. And it kind of seemed like Brackett just showed up, like he shared a mind with Laurie or something. I did thing the Loomis-esque dialouge was cool though.
OTHER SCENES
I also had another hallucination from Laurie. It took place right after she got off of the phone with Brackett outside of the Brackett house at her Halloween get together. Laurie envisions that Kelli is trapped in the closet upstairs, and Michael is breakign into it, and then he rips her out and stabs her repeatedly.
Some of it was in the first trailer, but I don't know what happened to this scene. It was useless as I liked the idea that Laurie went upstairs as a dynamic, and fearless character not because she had a vision that Kelli was getting killed.
Tell me what you think, and what I should have kept in and not! Thanks .
Brackett quickly snaps out of it, and grabs the phone again.
SHERIFF BRACKETT
Shit! Laurie!
BUZZ.
BUZZ.
Laurie's cell phone vibrates in her pants pocket. Laurie pulls out her Motorola cell phone , and looks at the screen.
LAURIE STRODE
Shit! It's Brackett. What do I say?
LEXY GRAIN
Just say that we went to the library to get some new study books.
KELLI HARDY
Shut the fuck up! Just say we rented some movies.
LAURIE STRODE
Okay.
Laurie presses the green phone symbol on her cell phone, and puts the little thing up to her ear.
LAURIE STRODE
(Into the phone)
Hello?
SHERIFF BRACKETT
Hello Laurie, what's going on?
LAURIE STRODE
Nothing, we just got back from BlockBuster, we got some movies.
SHERIFF BRACKETT
Oh, okay, that's good. Just call me if you need anything.
LAURIE STRODE

SHERIFF BRACKETT

LAURIE STRODE

SHERIFF BRACKETT

LAURIE STRODE
No, no rush at all. I just really want to watch this movie.
SHERIFF BRACKETT
Well, I won't keep you any longer. Bye, sweetie.
LAURIE STRODE
Bye, Mr. B.
Laurie presses the red button on her front dial pad, and the screen says 'CALL ENDED". Laurie sticks the phone back into her pocket.

INT. HADDONFIELD GENERAL HALLWAY- NIGHT
Laurie roams into the dark hospital hallway. She looks like she needs a long night's rest. She has bags under her eye's at this point, and her arm injury has started bleeding again.
Laurie slowly limps down the long hallway. She uses the wall to her advantage, trying to keep herself from face planting onto the ground.
LAURIE STRODE
Dr. Mixter? Hello?
Laurie looks behind her, no one. She continues walking down the hallway.
"Time of the Season" still plays on the radio in the hospital.
Laurie stops in the middle of the hallway to rest. She looks to be in major pain. She is about to fall out of her own body.
Laurie grabs onto the wall, trying to keep herself up, but she slowly slips onto the ground.
"Laurie's Theme" by John Carpenter plays now.
Laurie crawls on the ground, heading towards the empty office across the hall. Laurie enters into the little space, a glass window surrounds the front, and a single desk sits right behind it, a chair in front.
Laurie crawls underneath the desk, and holds her casted leg in severe pain. Tears roll down Laurie's eyes, she wipes them away.
SLAM!
Laurie jumps.
LAURIE STRODE
Dr. Mixter?
Laurie crawls out from underneath the desk, and see's Dr. Mixter emerging from the stairway door.
It's Dr. Mixter.
DR. MIXTER
Laurie. I couldn't find a phone but, I think you should go back into the room, and wait for me to drive down to the police station.
LAURIE STRODE
Okay. Can you please help me? My leg hurts.
CREEK.
The door behind Dr. Mixter opens, and Michael emerges out of it, slowly. Laurie's eye bulge, and Dr. Mixter look confused.
DR. MIXTER
Laurie, what's going on?
Michael GRABS DR. MIXTER by the neck, AND SLASHES HIS THROAT WITH HIS KNIFE. Dr. Mixter falls to the ground.
Michael looks down teh hallway, Laurie is gone.
INT. OFFICE SPACE- NIGHT
Laurie is back under the desk, with her hand over her mouth. Laurie wipes away fear tears, and edges her self deeper into the corner of the desk.
Two legs appear in front of the DESK! Laurie tightly closes her eyes, and edges her feet up to her chest.
SMASH!
DR. MIXTER'S DEAD BODY CRASH'S THROUGH THE GLASS WINDOW OVER THE DESK! Laurie lets out one, high pitched, singular scream!
Laurie grabs the phone that fell off of the desk when Mixter was thrown through it!
Laurie brings it under the desk, and starts to smash out the tiny window of glass right behind her!
CRASH!
Michael's hands comes though it!
Laurie screams, and kicks! Michael's face crash's through the upper layer! Laurie socks Michael with the phone right in the fore head!
Laurie crawls out from underneath the desk, AND BOOKS FOR THE HALLWAY!
INT. HALLWAY- NIGHT
Micheal rips his head out of the hole in the glass, and Laurie runs down the hallway, griping the wall.
