Jeff Keen/Mad-Dog: A self-made billionaire who uses stealth and blades to take down justice.
Zaronia: A young woman who has no parents but trained herself in the art of combat and swears her life to stopping crime.
The White Gentleman: A thing who has no past and uses powers to bend the art of reality with his mind.
Jason Mackler/Silver-Key: A young black man who uses his swift kicks to knock down all those who try to destory peace.
VILLIANS:
Edward Johnson/Mindless: A villian who uses the optcs to pierce the mind's eye.
Jessica Fields/Gore-Gon: She has a fetish for blood and will take up any dirtyjob.
