I know this is a long read, but please bear with me!
The screen is black. Fade to a sleek space craft hovering on the outskirts of a highly advanced alien complex on Mars.
Cut to inside the craft, where Captain Black observes the colony with two privates through a large window.
Black: First mission to Mars, and we find the most advanced race in the galaxy.
A siren goes off.
Cut to Black looking at a computer monitor.
Black: They're locking on to us. Fire everything we've got!
Cut to the space craft firing missile upon missile at the establishment, blowing each building to smithereens.
Cut to black.
Deep Voice: This... Is the voice... Of the Mysterons.
Cut to the space craft being fired upon with a blue beam of light.
Cut to inside the shuttle, where Black dives through the air, and is enveloped by an explosion. Two green circles briefly flash on the screen, accompanied by a blood curdling scream.
Cut to black.
Fade to Paul Metcalfe driving recklessly down the highway of a futuristic London, hounded by SWAT vans.
Colonel White (V.O.): Seven hours ago, a race known as the Mysterons declared upon open war upon our planet. An act of retaliation.
Cut to White speaking with Lieutenant Green in a military control room.
White: We believe they've brainwashed one of our own.
Cut to the president, sitting beside Metcalfe in the car and looking scared for his life.
White (V.O.): We believe he's the one behind the president's kidnapping.
Cut to Captain Blue standing on top of a hundred storey car park building and shooting Metcalfe three times before grabbing the president and flying away with a jetpack. A flaming helicopter crashes into the building three floors below the roof, and Metcalfe is thrown from the building.
Cut to black.
Cut to Metcalfe, waking up suddenly in a hospital bed. White stands over him.
White: You woke up. We thought the third lethal injection would finish you off.
Metcalfe: ...What?
Cut to Metcalfe running through an assault course.
White (V.O.): The Mysterons brainwashed you, Paul. You died as a result.
Cut to White leaning in towards Metcalfe in his bed.
White: It seems that you're back in control.
Cut to Metacalfe standing in front of a brick wall and being shot with a machine gun. He stands still, taking the force of the bullets. When the machine gun clip is empty, he whips out his pistol and shoots the off screen attacker.
White (V.O.): It seems that you're indestructible.
Cut to Metcalfe and White walking down a pristine corridor.
Metcalfe: Where am I?
White: I'd like to offer you a promotion, Paul.
Cut to their location: Cloudbase, an air craft carrier suspended in the sky.
Cut to the control room.
White: We just lost Scarlet section's captain.. I think your gift will prevent the same thing happening again.
Cut to Metcalfe donning a black and blood red uniform.
Cut to White pinning a badge on Captain Scarlet's chest.
White: Welcome to Spectrum, Captain Scarlet.
Cut to five sleek white jets tearing through the sky.
Cut to Scarlet being throttled by an unseen attacker.
Cut to Metcalfe leaning out of the sunroof of the car and firing an assault rifle.
Cut to Scarlet kissing Destiny Angel.
Cut to Metcalfe falling through the air from the car park in slow motion.
Cut to black.
Fade to Captain Black, looking off screen. He speaks in the same voice as the Mysterons.
Black: If you do not surrender...
Fade to black.
Fade to Scarlet aiming a sub machine gun off screen.
Black (V.O.): Earth will fall.
Fade to black. The green Mysteron rings are focused on the middle of the screen. Red letters fade in on either side to make it appear like another caption.
