A haunting operatic version of a Christmas carol begins to play.
Fade in.
Shot of Tom Williams bent over a desk as the camera pans up to him.
Sudden cut to a blurred image of a blooded Tom looking in horror at something off camera.
Shot of Amy Williams slowly turning towards someone off camera. She has a sad look to her eyes.
Sudden cut to a shot of Amy on the floor with her hand to a bleeding lip.
Shot of Jess and Gilly chasing each other blissfully in a park.
*As the following shots take place, they slowly speed up with a low pitch screech getting higher until the shots finish*
Sudden cut to a close up of Jess screaming in a dark alley. The shots speed up as we see a shot of blood splattered up a wall, several flashes of ‘I loved you’ scrawled on the wall in blood. Rapid shot of a rough beaten looking woman screaming a blood chilling scream as a knife descends on her. Rapid shot of a murderous looking black man holding a bat and swinging it violently to someone off camera.
*the high pitch screech finally cuts off*
We see a shot of a rough Tom breathing heavily looking down at someone.
Tom; trust me, I’m a doctor.
Cut to black as we here a voice over of Amy Williams who says-
Amy; I hate this bloody mansion.
Shot of snow falling as the haunting version of a Christmas carol begins to play again.
The shot of snow begins to become very intense until the whole screen is covered in a bright white.
‘Bloody Mansion’ flashes briefly on the screen in a black font. The music dies out and the trailer comes to an end.
