(We see vast mountains)
(We see beautiful lakes and rivers)
(We see children playing together)
VO: I sit back and I think about what happened.
(We see gas prices at five dollars)
VO: Everybody just went along. They marched stone-faced with no emotion into their own destruction.
(We see a person sticking a gun out of a car window)
VO: Even when the screams echoed through the sky, even when the blood came up to their knees...they showed no fear, no sadness, no pain, nothing.
(We see planes dropping bombs on cities)
VO: The only trace of emotion was one. Life was so meaningless and so inconsequential that the only way to convey the inescapable madness inherent to their spirit...was a smile.
(Cut to a man falling off a building)
(Cut to a man reaching out towards the sky)
(Cut to a man waving a machete in the air)
(Cut to a man shooting at the screen)
(Cut to a huge explosion)
VO: But, even then, there was a reason for that. There is no reason...no science to explain this.
(Cut to a dead man's eye)
(We pan out to see streets of dead people)
(We see cities of dead people)
(We see mountains of dead people)
