Ramirez gave me the pleasure of reading his newest film, and first original if I am not mistaken, Ufology. I know it may be getting tiring, well not to Blags, that every new film Ramirez has I love it but there's a reason. Ramirez is a very good writer and it really shows in a project like this where the characters are his own home grown creations. Most of the main characters in this story are very well written and fleshed out.
Something about this film makes me very happy because it really is such a good film. The story takes you on a roller coaster of sorts, god I hate that saying but it makes sense. The ending is good and works in this film. There is a twist and I don't want to say anything about it. It'd be my only gripe with the movie. I liked it but something about it made me not like it that much. It's hard to say. The way Ramirez did it was good though. The story is sad and very dramatic but Ramirez writes it well.
While it is not my favorite Ramirez movie, it is his best. I know it has nothing to really do with it but the soundtrack was very good.
Go see it right when it comes out.
