Plot
After "accidentally" burning his house down, a bi-polar pyromaniac moves in with his friends, a drug-addicted manwhore and a genius, into the "exclusive" apartment building...Apartment FMW.
Of course, with the people living there, it could easily be mistaken for an insane asylum....
