There was a screening of the first scene from the next Movie Lord Productions film. The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger, is expected to come out some time in January. Movie Lord Productions seemed proud of the first scene of their movie, although some people though otherwise. Some also thought it was the best they'd ever seen, and some just didn't know what to think. You be the judge:
Scene 1:
The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed. It is a hot day, and the sun is beating on the sand, that isn't even sand but a hardpan desert. The camera zooms into a man, the gunslinger, carrying a hide bag full of water, and pulling a mule with him. He is just walking, not doing anything else. He is on a mission, to find the man in black and to kill him. He keeps walking and eventually, the sun begins to set. He sees an old burnt out fire. It had to be one of the man in black. The gunslinger lit his own fire, using the devil-grass all around him. He finds a small scrap of bacon and eats it. This is how he has lived, and he doesn't care. He sits, watching the fire burn, until sleep overtakes him.
