I just got done watching A Clockwork Orange and was just amazed on how it was nothing like Kubrick's film and it was damn short. There are so many scenes in which could have been expanded into larger scenes, and there are so many moments from the film that wheren't in here, like the whole thing. It rushes by quickly and isn't very rememberable. It just feels like a missed chance.
If only he would have extended scenes, make characters more rememberable and keep the film not in "morden" days. That's what I enjoyed about Kurbick's film, it wasn't like these days or alot like the old days, it was it's own time.
I can't say it's godawful, it's the "Jumper" of movie reels: it was a missed chance.
On another hand, why do we need a remake of A Clockwork Orange anyways?

Also, in the film, Alex only killed once and that wasn't intended, in this, he kills left and right. I've met Malcom Mcdowell also.

I didn't like it. They made it too messy and changed everything too much.
Where did you meet him?
