Today, Actor Frankie Muniz along with actress Nicole Kidman appeared on Loose Women in UK to promote three movies respectively: For Frankie it was Blood Harmony and for Nicole it was The Golden Compass and Margot at the Wedding she also made a mention of the next installment of the Chronicles of a Killer series.
Andrea: OK our next guest is one of the most popular and not to mention sought after actors in Hollywood however in his last film he has traded in his nice hollywood paycheck for a British film with only a budget of $100,000 leaving him with only $7,000 at the end of shooting!
Coleen (Sarcastically but playfully): Oh poor baby he'll have to go on strike!
Andrea: He has been Malcolm in the Middle and Agent Cody Banks, it is of course...Frankie Muniz!
The Audience burst into applaud as Frankie enters the studio
Frankie: Hey guys!
Lynda Bellingham: Oh he's sitting next to me!
Andrea: We're not jealous! MUCH!
Frankie laughs
Andrea: Ok in all seriousness, Blood Harmony.
Frankie: Yeah! It's a great movie, I really, really enjoyed doing it! And for the record I didn't really care about the paycheck to be honest I would have done it for free!
Carol McGriffin: For Free? Frankie nods Oh well I wouldn't! I'd milk em for every penny!
Coleen: Oh but you would wouldn't you! I'd do it for $1,000,000!
Lynda: But the film had a budget of $100,000!
Coleen: Oh then they wouldn't get me!
Andrea: No but in all seriousness, what made you do it for such low pay?
Frankie: Well, I have never really been seen as a serious actor because of Cody Banks and Malcolm in the Middle and I really wanted to make a break into the serious acting world and I looked at the script and it was totally different from anything that I have done before. Malcolm is a smart, mostly nice guy and Ross is this evil, vile bully.
Carol: Don't forget British!
Frankie: Oh and British!
Coleen: How was it doing the British accent?
Frankie: It was quite hard at first, but I really just picked it up from the guys on set. I mean Scott, Pele and those guys are all British so when you're on set with these guys you will pick it up easily.
Coleen: Was filming fun, I mean I heard you did it in the woods and camped out over a number of nights.
Frankie: Yeah and mostly filming is fun! But some of this was genuinely scary, we would camp around a fire and wait until we had to film and you know you would hear things! It was just like I'm a Celebrity get me out of here at camp!
Andrea: Oh you watch that?!
Frankie: Yes! Since I've been doing promotion over here for the movie I have been watching it!
Carol: Who do you want to win?
Frankie: ummm Gemma!
Carol: Buy why?!
Lynda: Oh I know why!
Frankie: No! I think she's funny and smart. But she is quite cute too!
Lynda: Oh I love it when americans use that word. Cute!
Frankie: Cute.
Andrea: Well lets take a look at you in Blood Harmony.
(Toby mutters.)
Ross; what’s that?
Rashida; I think he insulted you. Sorry Hard nut.
(Ross gets up and walks over to Toby.)
Ways; oh, leave him.
Rashida; hit him.
Dan; leave him alone man.
Bobby; if the freak wants to be hard then let them fight.
Sky; Toby, if he hits you hit him back.
Ross; oi, who’s side are you on here?
(Dan gets up and stands in front of Toby.)
Dan; leave off him man.
Ross; what ever.
