HBO Gets it's first look at Xplayadam's second film to come out this year 'Flaming Carrot', enjoy
Xplayadam (Director): When I was shopping to get some ideas, I came upon the 'Flaming Carrot' in a collected form. I read it and was very intrested in this great idea of a mediocre hero! So I called Bob and we chatted for a bit. I gave him a private screening of 'The Comic Shop' and he thought it was ok. So I talked to him about 'Flaming Carrot' and I got him to let me make a film out of it, so here we are *Laughs*
Doug Jones (Actor): Xplayadam was intrested in my work and so he brings me a draft of 'Flaming Carrot'. I loved the idea then he gave me a collection of his favorite stories and I read them and really got into the hero. I thought it was hiliarous and that this would a grand time.
Edgar Wright (Producer): I was wanting to direct Flaming Carrot a few years back but got busy with 'Shaun of the Dead' and other stuff. So xplayadam shows up with the story and asks me if I want to help produce it, I wanted to direct but producing is'nt that bad. I would have to say 'Flaming Carrot' will be a cult-classic and is more then likely to be the great comic film the underground sucess as was the comic series itself!

HBO First Look: 'Flaming Carrot' part II ====
Xplayadam: (On Casting Jones as the Flaming Carrot) It was'nt that hard of a choice when Del'Toro signed on to produce because he saw some of my storyboards and felt that there needed to be more of an artistic view in it, so he brings in Doug Jones to do the motions of The Flaming Carrot. I was curios and asked Jones to do a voice and so-so. He does his Flaming Carrot voice and totally blows it out of the park so that was a instant 'Jones your heird' and we really had a keen time with that, great time
Bob Burden: I remeber a few years back, early 90s that when the studios where making mystery men I had wanted Flaming Carrot to be made but the tech wasnt up to doing the head and who wants to see a movie about a hero with a carrot? Well, Wright did *laughs*. So around 2004 we got together and talked about it but Wright had over projects which I understand. The studios where going to drop Carrot because we had no director for its summer 2007 planned release. Xplayadam jumps in and we good to go, expect his stand was different then Wrights who wanted to make it like 'Batman Begins' Xplayadam just wanted to jump in there with no influences or anything, just a totally new film! So Warners drops Carrot and also another Xplayadam film 'Comic Shop'. Well, Xplayadam and Artking make Axis Pictures/Plan 9 Productions and open Carrot for them, which is good and also get a release date for it which he will be hitting. What? Oh yes, tune in this Saturday when the first trailer of 3 for Flaming Carrot will release. It'll be a teaser trailer it wont show much, but then the following Saturday youll get a real trailer and then a week before Carrot releases youll get a scene from it. What? Xplayadam is pissed? *Laughs* ruined the surpise *Bursts out Laughing*
