Edward Mote is a failing writer and ex-drug addict. After his new book fails to sell, he decides to buy a new drug known as 'Twist' from Mary, and write what he sees while under the influence, and turn it into a story. Unfortunately, the drug makes everything he sees terrifying and monstrous. His psychiatrist, Sal Tremp, desperately searches through out the city for Edward, before he O.D's.

Rated R for intense and scary images, language, drug use, and violence.

yah i know hes played writers before, but i loved him as a writer in 1408. i think he just has a really cool way of portaying his characters.
