Bizzaro super-hero Flaming Carrot must save his hometown of L.A. when a swarm of radioactive Nazi boots begin destorying the city. His days of busting crack heads and making the moves on their wives are over when a real threat opposes the sanity of the city, the question is: will this super-zero put down the tequila bottle and do work, or will L.A. get f*cked?
