Sonic the Hedgehog
Episode #2: "Tails' Secret"

EXT. OUTSIDE OF ROBOTNIK'S TOWER - NIGHT
Sally looks at the destroyed robot, then back at Sonic, who
is glad to see what she just did. She just shrugs.
SALLY
Wasn't anything that spectacular.You've done it before, why can't I?
SONIC
Well, I just didn't expect--
SALLY
Didn't expect a girl to be able to do something like this? Honestly Sonic, just because I'm not a male doesn't mean that I can't do stuff like that. You guys really need to learn.
Robotnik is standing right at the top of his tower, looking
down at them.
ROBOTNIK
Having a lover's spat, are we?
Sonic looks up.
SONIC
Huh? Hey, dork, mind your own business!
ROBOTNIK
You guys down there became my business when she destroyed one of my beloved creations!
SONIC
Beloved? Whatever. Hey Tails, take me up there so I can slap him silly.
TAILS (nervously)
Um... OK, I guess.
Tails gets his tail going and eventually hovers off the
ground. Sonic latches on to Tails' hands, and Tails rises
off the ground, going up the side of the tower. Tails keeps
looking down, nervously seeing them getting higher and
higher.
ROBOTNIK (looking down)
You two don't stand a chance against me. I will defeat you in a second if you come up here. Believe me! I'll do it!
SONIC
Let's hear you talk when I get up there!
SALLY
Be careful Sonic!
ROBOTNIK
Yeah, listen to your little girlfriend and be careful!
SALLY
Who you calling little? I'll go up there if you want!
Tails and Sonic get to the top of the tower, and Dr.
Robotnik takes multiple steps back to the other end of the
roof. He looks down at the hedgehog, who is about half his
size, and laughs. Sonic begins to run and rolls up into a
ball. He speeds up and hits Robotnik, sending him off of the
roof, right into a pond.
---------Commercial Break----------
A black screen appears. Batman appears on the screen. His
head is lowered.
Batman
I didn't think it would have to end up like this, but you
made it so.
Rain starts to fall. He raises his head. His face is bloody
and bruised. The camera swings around and it shows Superman, his head is also lowered.
Superman
You trusted a dark and disturbed man. He is pure evil, not
my fault. You're just a man in tights.
He raises his head and it is also bloody and bruised. The
camera pans back. They are in the middle of a road, people
are standing watching them. News people are filming the two.
Batman is holding his hand by his utility belt. He pulls out
a batarang. Superman flies forward and carries him in the
air. CUT to The Joker.
The Joker
Let's surprise this bat!
The Joker pulls out a grenade launcher and starts shooting.
The camera pulls back and he's in helicopter.
Lex Luthor
I'm running for the President of the United States!
Crowd claps.
Batman logo appears on screen, Superman's appears over it.
Superman
Face it you're no match for me.
Batman pulls out batarangs.
Superman (Laughing)
You think that will stop me?
Kryptonite covers the batarangs. Batman throws them.
Voice Over
Batman vs Superman. Coming to theaters this January. This
film is not yet rated.
----------Now, Back to the Show----------
Sonic is standing on top of Robotnik's tower, and Robotnik
is in the pond.
SONIC
Yeah! There's more where that came from, too!
ROBOTNIK
You're a little cocky for your size, aren't you hedgehog?
SONIC
I got a name! It's Sonic!
ROBOTNIK
I know your name, don't worry, I know it. And I know about your little emeralds, too.
SONIC
You were what I heard earlier... I can't believe it. You were spying on us!
ROBOTNIK (walking out of the pond)
Duh... I'm evil! That's what evil people do!
SONIC (shaking his head)
I can't believe that people like you would actually want to make people like me so upset. I ought to knock you down a notch on the social ladder. That's right, make nobody like you.
ROBOTNIK
Well, with me already being evil, and one of the most powerful evil people of all time, I'd say that you really can't make me go any lower.
SONIC
Well. That's nice. So, back to taking you out of power...
TAILS
How you gonna do it, Sonic?
SONIC
Not real sure how, Miles. Don't worry though. I'll find a way.
Sonic turns around to see Dr. Robotnik, hitting him. He
sends Sonic to the edge of the tower. Sonic hangs on to the
end of the roof, but Sonic holds on. Tails runs over to help
him, but Dr. Robotnik kicks him, and he is hanging. Sonic
jumps up and runs at Robotnik.
SONIC
You're goin' down, buddy.
At the last second, Sonic rolls into a ball, knocking Dr.
Robotnik off of the tower again, into another pond. Sonic
smiles, and helps Tails up.
TAILS
Thanks Sonic. You want to take the stairs?
SONIC
Sure, but why? We could just fly down there.
TAILS
Well... I'm a little scared of heights.
SONIC
Really?
TAILS
Yeah.
SONIC
So all those times that I needed you to fly me somewhere... Why did you do it?
TAILS
I didn't want you to get mad at me.
SONIC
Well, if you're scared, then just don't do it I guess.
Sonic chuckles.
TAILS
What's so funny?
SONIC
It's just pretty amusing that you fly me everywhere, but you're scared of heights. It shows how much a friend you really are, Miles.
TAILS
I guess it is pretty funny. But I didn't know if you'd get mad or
not. Now that I know, I guess it's alright to not fly around until I get over that then.
SONIC
So, you ready to go down?
TAILS
Yeah.
The two of them begin to walk to the stairs to go down.
Tails starts going down, and Sally yells up.
SALLY
I'm waiting!
SONIC
We're coming, hold your horses!
Sonic goes down the stairs, and the camera pans out to Dr.
Robotnik climbing out of the lake on the other side of the
tower.

Episode #2: "Tails' Secret"
