Episode #3: "Trouble Stirring"

The camera starts out panning around Sonic’s town. It shows his home and zooms in. He is seen sleeping, and Tails is outside, trying to get over his fear of heights.
Tails: I want to impress him, because he’s counting on me to help him defeat Dr. Robotnik!
Tails jumps off and starts to fly, slowly getting higher. The moment he gets scared, he lowers down. He climbs to the roof again, but this time, his tail doesn’t spin fast enough, and he crashes to the ground. This is loud enough to wake up Sonic in a shock. He runs out.
Sonic: Buddy, you alright?
Tails: Yeah, I’m alright.
Sonic: What’re you doing, anyway?
Tails: Trying to get over my fear of heights, so that I can help you out.
Sonic: Dude, you don’t have to get over this. I could still use you in some other fields of help. Not quite sure what I could use you for, but I know I could find something if I worked hard enough. Just don’t worry about it.
Tails: Alright, I guess.
Sonic: Good. I’m going over to see Sally. You coming?
Tails: No, I’m gonna sit around here for a while until you get back.
Sonic: Alright.
Sonic walks off and Antoine, a coyote, appears.
Antoine: Hey, what’s going on, bud?
Tails: I’m trying to get over my fear of flying.
Antoine: Why’s that?
Tails: So I can help my friend Sonic defeat Mr. Robotnik, once and for all.
Antoine: Are you sure you want to do that? Sound’s boring.
Tails: Yeah, I’m pretty sure.
Antoine: Okay. If that’s what you want, I guess that’s what you can have. I could show you a fun time though. Come with me.
Tails, out of curiosity, follows.
The scene opens to a nice looking house, with a long couch, and some fun stuff to do.
Tails: Wow, you’re right. This does look like a fun place to hand out.
Antoine: Doesn’t it? So how about hanging out with me?
Tails: Well… I don’t know. Sonic’s my friend. I can’t just ditch him like this.
Antoine: Why not? Seems like all that he wants from you is to defeat this Robotnik guy. That doesn’t sound fun, now does it?
Tails: No, I guess it doesn’t sound very fun. But this… This is… Wow… That’s all I can say really.
Antoine: I know, it’s great here, isn’t it? You should really stay here. We can be best friends. We could make some awesome pals!
Tails: But… I just, I can’t leave Sonic. Plus, I don’t even know you.
Antoine: Oh yeah, name’s Antoine by the way.
Tails: Antoine. I like it. But it would be wrong to leave Sonic. I should at least tell him first.
Antoine: Well, my dear friend. You’re going to have to choose between me or your precious Sonic…
Tails: Well… I’m gonna have to go with Sonic. Sorry, but I like him. I’ve known him for a long time, and he’s more of a brother to me than a friend. Sonic’s all that I’ve known for years. So I’m not going to leave him. Especially for someone like you.
Antoine sits on his couch, shocked, as Tails leaves his house, and the scene fades to black.

Captain Scarlet…
The scene is dark, save for blue-grey smoke blowing across the screen. The silhouette of a man appears in the distance. He slowly begins walking towards the camera.
Caption: In 2008
The shadow is getting closer now.
Caption: The most tenacious hero of all time.
The figure reaches the camera and stands still.
Caption: Returns to live again.
Two rings of green light flash on the figure momentarily. Cut to black.
Deep Voice: This is the voice... Of the Mysterons...
Cut to Mars suspended in space.
Cut to two SWAT vans in single file chasing a black car.
Cut to a distant shot of a futuristic London.
Cut to a city on Mars being destroyed by missles.
Cut to Captain Scarlet leaning out of the sunroof of the car and firing an assault rifle.
Cut to Captain Black breaking a SWAT officer's neck with his bare hands.
Cut to Captain Scarlet holding a man at gunpoint on the edge of a rooftop. Pull back to reveal the building is around a hundred stories high.
Cut to an explosion launching the first SWAT van upwards and backwards. In slow motion, it lands upside down on top of the second SWAT van, which crumples.
Cut to black.
Caption: Captain Scarlet
Cut to black.
The green Mysteron rings are focused on the middle of the screen. Red letters fade in on either side to make it appear like another caption.

I don't know who he is.
Bruce Wayne is riding on a motorcycle down a highway.

So to me every thug and criminal....
A group of cops are chasing The Red Hood.
Bruce Wayne (V.O)
Killed my parents.
The Red Hood is in some sort of chemical plant. Batman lands in front of him, and throws a punch into The Red Hood's helmet.

Antoine is sitting on his couch, still shocked. He leaves the couch and the scene cuts to Tails coming back to Sonic’s house.
Sonic: Where were you at Miles?
Tails: I was with some coyote named Antoine.
Sonic: Don’t go to him. He’s nothing but a troublemaker.
Sonic sees Antoine walking past at a distance.
Sonic: And now he’s not going to leave you alone. I see trouble stirring.
Antoine charges at Sonic and hits him. Tails backs away, scared.
Sonic: Do something!
Tails: Like what?
Tails thinks--then he sees something in Antoine’s fur. He pulls it out. Sonic is now able to overpower Antoine and wrestle him to the ground.
Sonic: What is it?
Tails: I don’t know, it’s some kind of chip.
Sonic: That doesn’t say much!
Sonic is still fighting with Antoine--but it’s not as hard.
Sonic: It seems to make him tougher though. He got weaker when you pulled it out of him.
Tails reads the chip.
Tails: Made by Robotnik & Associates.
Sonic: Figured as much.
Sally runs out of her house.
Sally: What’s going on?
Sonic: Just got into a fight is all.
Sally: Looks like you’ve got it under control.
Sonic: Sure do.
Sally: Good to see your keeping our beautiful town safe.
Sonic: Kind of my job.
Sally: Sure is. Keep up the good work.
Sonic: (sarcastically) Thanks for that!
Sally gives him a thumbs up and he shakes his head. He turns back to where Antoine was laying and he’s gone. He looks around for Tails and realizes that he’s also gone.
Sonic: Uh-oh. This can’t be good at all.
Sonic runs toward Antoine's house and the scene fades to black.
