INT. Xavier Mansion
Logan is still up against the wall. Magneto still has his hand out. Now a group of X-Men, including, Beast, Cyclops, Shadowcat, Colossus, Storm, and Iceman, are standing across from The Masters of Evil.
MAGNETO
Where's Charles.
WOLVERINE
I don't know.
MAGNETO
Cut through the bull. Where is.
CHARLES XAVIER (V.O.)
Drop him.
Charles comes out of a room. He is in a suit and is sitting in his wheelchair.
MAGNETO
Hello, Charles.
Magneto moves his hand and Wolverine goes flying out the window. He extends his claws and goes through a sentinel. Wolverine is tearing up the sentinels.
CHARLES XAVIER
X-Men, Go help Logan.
All of the X-Men go out a side door and start attacking the Sentinels.
MAGNETO
Leave me and Charles with each other.
VENOM
But...
MAGNETO
LEAVE!
The Masters of Evil run out side and start to fight with the X-Men. Magneto is staring at Charles.
CHARLES XAVIER
You have no problem with me old friend.
MAGNETO
I do now.
Magneto tries to flip over Charles' wheelchair, but Charles fights it back.
CHARLES XAVIER
Magneto there is no need.
MAGNETO
It's for the good of the country.
The whole house shakes and the wall bursts open from behind Charles. A group of S.H.E.I.L.D. soldiers start to come towards Magneto.
S.H.E.I.L.D. SOLDIER #1
Erik Lehnsherr you are under arrest. You have the right to remain silent.
MAGNETO
Are you done?
S.H.E.I.L.D. SOLDIER #1
What?
MAGNETO
I'm not going to turn myself in.
S.H.E.I.L.D. SOLDIER #1
Then we are going to have use force.
MAGNETO
If you must.
S.H.E.I.L.D. SOLDIER #1
3, 2, 1, FIRE!
All of the soldiers shoot at Magneto. He puts his hand up and they go back at the soldiers. Charles stares at all of the bullets and they disappear in mid-air. The metal guns fly out of the soldier's hands. Charles throw them towards Magneto. All of a sudden metal nuts and bolts fly at Charles. Another wall explodes open and the Avengers are standing there, including Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Mr. Fantastic, and Spider-Man. Captain America leaps in front of the nuts and bolts, they stick into his shield.
MAGNETO
Damn you!
Magneto pushes his hand forward and Cap goes flying back.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Avengers, get Charles out of here. Find Logan A.S.A.P.
MAGNETO
So you think you can beat me?
CAPTAIN AMERICA
My job is not to kill you. But if it comes to that....
Magneto a huge metal pole fly through a window towards Cap, he flies backwards into a wall. Debris falls on top of him.
MAGNETO
Good bye Steve.

Bruce Wayne (V.O.) My parents.....were killed when I was eight.
A gunshot goes off. Bruce Wayne is running and fighting a group of dummies.
Bruce Wayne (V.O,) By one of the scummiest people on the face of this earth.
Bruce Wayne is at a grave, he sets a group of roses down.
Bruce Wayne (V.O.) I don't know who he is.
Bruce Wayne is riding on a motorcycle down a highway.
Bruce Wayne (V.O.) So to me every thug and criminal....
A group of cops are chasing The Red Hood.
Bruce Wayne (V.O) Killed my parents.
The Red Hood is in some sort of chemical plant. Batman lands in front of him, and throws a punch into The Red Hood's helmet.

EXT. Xavier Mansion
Spider-Man and Venom are fighting while Sentinels are firing at Xavier Mansion.
VENOM
Come on Web-Head.
SPIDER-MAN
GOD you're annoying.
Venom is waving his tongue in Spider-Man's face.
All of the X-Men are fighting the bad guys and Sentinels. Magneto flies over. He keeps the Sentinels in the air.
WOLVERINE
Hey, Summers. Lay down some fire.
CYCLOPS
Can do.
Cyclops starts to shoot at the Sentinels, whenever a hole appears it goes away quickly.
STORM
What the Hell Scott? Shoot him!
CYCLOPS
I am! Just let me be.
WOLVERINE
Just do it.
CYCLOPS
Logan, you wanna shut it?
Logan turns towards Cyclops.
WOLVERINE
No, why. Whadda you gonna do?
CYCLOPS
I'll shut it for you.
WOLVERINE
Will you, pretty boy.
Cyclops let's out a huge optic blast at Wolverine. It zaps him in the chest. He has a hole but it is healing. Wolverine runs towards Cyclops. He tries to stick his claws into Cyclops, but something stops him.
CHARLES XAVIER (V.O.)
I can't take this. It's not right....No!
Charles is in the middle of the Battlefield. He has his hands up to his head, concentrating. He looks red. Out of nowhere, an explosion takes place where Charles is. Smoke is everywhere.

(Fades in with a helicopter landing on an aircraft carrier, which is outside New York Harbor)
(A voice is heard, while the camera pans around the helicopter)
So what's going on with you man? I heard your getting a week off, before we've gotta go.
(Another voice is heard)
Yeah the kids are coming up, and we're gonna check out the city for the weekend.
(The shot of the helicopter fades into a taxi speeding down a New York City street)
(The voice continues)
Oh..god, oh god, I'm gonna be late!
(The screen cuts to black)
(The screen cuts back, and Sean is standing next to Caleb)
Sean: Dad, Dad, Lynd!
(Lynd turns around, and a huge explosion is heard)
(Screen cuts to several images of disaster)
(A shot of Lynd, Sean, and Caleb running through an alley)
(A shot of buildings collapsing, and the ground cracking)
(A shot of a car speeding down a road)
(A shot of lighting striking buildings)
(Screen cuts to black)
(Heavy breathing is heard)
Caleb: (shaking) What is happening....
(Camera fades in. Lynd turns around)
Lynd: I don't know.
(Several explosions are seen)

(Audio of a speech is heard, while destruction is seen)
The President: These are troubling times, my fellow Americans. We are at war! If we don't act now, all will be lost.
(A shot of Lynd firing a pistol)

Cap's hand come out from the debris. He stands up and looks around. He puts his hand on his head on starts to walk around. He goes outside and he looks at Charles Xavier then the explosion happens. Smoke comes straight towards Cap. Something knocks him over into a wall. It's a wheelchair. Cap looks at where Charles was, and Dr. Doom is standing. All of the X-Men and Avengers are lying on the ground, while all of the villains are standing up.
DR. DOOM (Softly)
I've done it.
Captain America runs towards Dr. Doom.
DR. DOOM (Loudly)
I've killed Charles Xavier.
