A Watchtower Films Production A Xplayadam Film A Little Piece of Heaven Starring Jay Baruchel Mila Kunis Christopher Lee Ron Dead Based on the song by Avenged Sevenfold -Alleyways hang assortments of clothing, the building lights all on. Cats run on the roofs hissing at the new sun. Fog rises from the top of the highest buildings, children scream and police sirens go off. The skyline is a dark orange. Zoom to a window in this long alleyway. The kitchen is rather standard: a sink, a refrigerator, shelves and the checkered black and white floor. Tiffany, a young 23 year-old dark haired woman stands over the sink washing dishes. Her hair goes down to her shoulders and has a shine that only an angel could have. The white latex gloves match her white shoulder less white and skirt. After a few minutes she takes off her latex gloves and throws them in a trash can near by. Tiffany walks into the living room. A green couch on a red carpet with an old wooden box TV is what is at the center of it although several pictures of Tiffany and a young skinny looking man are on the wall. Tiffany lies on the couch holding a small red pillow. In the background the front door slowly opens. We only see the black slacks on a man walking in. He has something behind his back. He begins to slowly approach Tiffany’s resting body. Tiffany opens her eyes and looks over to see Tim: a very skinny dark haired man, in a black business suit, he has a big grin on. Tiffany smiles back- Tiffany- How was work? Tim- It was good. Tiffany- That’s pleasant. Tim- What have you been up to? Tiffany- Just cleaning. Making the place a little bit better. Tim- It looks great. Tiffany- Thanks. -Tim pulls out a lovely batch of red roses. Tiffany’s smile extends- Tiffany- Awww… they’re gorgeous. -Tim hands them to her- Tim- Just like you. Tiffany- Thank you so much. -Tiffany gets off the couch, grabs Tim and kisses him- Tim- I got to grab a few things from the store. Tiffany- Do you want me to come? Tim- It’s just a quick a trip. Tiffany- Alright. -Tim approaches the door and looks back at Tiffany- Tim- I love you… -Tim closes the door and walks off. Tiffany lets out a sigh. Cut to Tim at a Jewelry Store. The old cashier looks at him like he’s an idiot. Tim points toward a golden ring that a medium sized diamond- Tim- She’ll take that one. Cashier- It’ll be $200. Tim- That’s alright. -The cashier grabs it and puts in into a small velvet case. He hands it to Tim who pulls out his wallet and skims through it. He grabs two one-hundred dollar bills and hands it to him- Cashier- How long have you known this gal? Tim- Three months sir. Cashier- You sure you want to pull the plug this early? Tim- Do I want to what? Cashier- “Pull the plug”, you know: propose! Tim- Yes, yes I do. Cashier- Good luck kid. Tim- Thank you. -Tim walks out of the store- Cashier- You’re going to need it. -We return to Tim’s apartment that same night. The lights are dim. We see a white cloth being placed on a table. A single candle is then placed along with a bottle of wine and two glasses. Two plates are also placed and a knife and fork are settled beside them. Tim scoops spaghetti with meatballs on the plates. Zoom up to see Tim seating Tiffany in a red chair. He then sits across from her- Tiffany- This is really nice Tim. -Tim pours a glass of wine for each of them, he lifts his up, she does the same. Their glasses cling together- Tim- It’s all for you. -They both take a sip from their glasses- Tim- Tiffany, I wanted to say I’ve never felt the same way I do about you with anyone else. Every time I have a bad day at the office it all turns around when I see that smile of yours. When you’re happy, I’m happy. I’ve never truly had a reason to wake up every morning until I met you. There always seemed to be some void in my heart, that no matter how many promotions, girlfriends, or people I befriended never seemed to go away until I met you. You are the most perfect thing ever to happen to me. I feel like I’ll never feel this way again, I feel like you and me are meant to be together until the end of time. Tiffany… -Tim steps out of his chair and gets on his knees. Tiffany puts her hands over her mouth- Tim- … will you marry me? -Tim extends his hand to reveal a ring. His face stops for a few seconds, full of patience. A grin begins to extend from her hands. Her eyes close and her cheeks move up and down. Tim continues to look at her with his big smile. The sound of chuckling escapes her hand. Tim’s face slowly slacks down, his smile forever gone. Her hands break and Tiffany laughs for a short period. Tim’s face shifts from wet eyes and a frown to raised eyebrows and a thick red forehead. Tim looks at the knife on the table and then looks back at Tiffany. His teeth grind on top of one another. He quickly grabs the knife and stands up. Tiffany begins to stop laughing and just stares at him in fear. Tim pushes Tiffany out of her chair and onto the floor. He jumps on top of her and raises the knife- Tim- You… fucking…. BITCH! -Tim veraciously stabs him in her arms, then her legs and finally her torso. Blood shoots out like a violent garden hose, Tim is covered in it. She doesn’t scream and fight back, she looks in shock of what is happening. Tiffany’s face is now frozen dead. Tim keeps stabbing away making several holes. After a few minutes he stops and breathes hard. He reaches into a hole and pulls out the one thing he wanted: her heart. Tim gets up and walks back into the kitchen. He opens the refrigerator and throws her heart into it. He then approaches the table and grabs the plates of spaghetti. Tim walks over to the trashcan and throws away the food then comes straight toward the sink and begins to wash the dishes very calmly. He begins to talk among himself- Tim- She shouldn’t have… it wasn’t right… I had the right… it’s all-wrong… -Tim stops. He grabs a dish and throws it against a wall behind him- Tim- GODDAMNIT! -Tim rushes toward a cabinet and swings it’s doors open. He grabs some thread and yarn and other sewing materials. He then grabs Tiffany by the leg and drags her into the living room. He puts her limp body on the coffee table infront of the couch and begins to sew her. The screen fades to black. It returns to view Tiffany sitting on the couch; her legs and just about everything else is sewn up. Her eyes have become pure white and her skin is a light blue color. The coffee table is gone. Tim is infront of her on his knees holding a ring- Tim- You’re as beautiful as the first day I met you, when your heart stops beating, so will mine. I want our lifes to officially be connected, Tiffany, will you marry me? -Tiffany’s corpse does absolutely nothing- Tim- … I love you too. -Tim slips the ring onto one of her cold fingers. He grabs her by her right leg and begins to drag her toward the bedroom. In his other had is a big steel heater. He places her lifeless body on the bed and approaches the door. Tim looks straight at the camera and slowly closes the door. A “Do Not Disturb” sign is hanging from the doorknob. Fade to black. The Bedroom is dark gray. There isn’t much too it except a king sized bed with a red blanket. Tim sits on the bed smoking a cigarette shirtless. Tiffany’s corpse lies on her front side with the blanket covering her from the waist down. Tim throws his cigarette out of the window and pulls a heater out from under the covers. He gets up and walks toward a closet pulling out a blue suit. Cut to Tim looking rather pale sitting at a table with Tiffany’s corpse. On his plate is her cold heart. Tim raises a glass of wine- Tim- This is all for you! -Tiffany’s corpse just sits there. Tim takes a sip and grabs his knife and fork beginning to cut a meaty chunk of the heart. He takes a bite of it and begins to chew; a gushy disgusting noise comes from the eating. He grabs a his glass of wine and takes a swig of it and then swallows it- Tim- You’ve always been good to me and would never hurt me… right? -Cut to Tim holding Tiffany dancing around the living room as Barry Manilow’s “I can’t smile without you” begins to play. Tim begins to sing along- Tim- I can't laugh and I can't sing I'm finding it hard to do anything You see I feel sad when you're sad I feel glad when you're glad If you only knew what I'm going through I just can't smile without you -Tiffany’s head falls off. Tim looks down at it- Tim- Oh dear… -Cut to Tim sewing Tiffany’s head back on- Tim- You look so beautiful, just a little more stitching to go… -Tim ties a knot with the rest of the thread left- Tim- There! Good as new! -Cut to Tim lying in bed with Tiffany’s body. They’re both lying on their sides looking at each other- Tim- You are the most wonderful person I have ever met. Do you feel the same way? -A spider crawls out of her noise- Tim- I love you too. -Cut to Tim hammering something. He grabs what appears to be a piece of a coffee table and a saw and continues to build something. After a bit of nailing he wipes the sweat off of his forehead- Tim- It’s finished! -Organs begin to boom in the background as the camera zooms out to reveal a coffin. He walks over to the couch and grabs Tiffany’s body and places it in the coffin. Tim then grabs the coffin and begins to drag it near the TV, he props it up against the wall and then returns to couch and grabs a remote from under it. He hits a few buttons and puts it down and begins to watch TV. Tiffany’s eyes begin to glow white. Her arm-twists upward with the sound of a bone breaking itself back into place. Tim doesn’t notice. Her neck then snaps, she begins to walk out of the coffin. Tim looks at her for a second and then returns to the TV- Tim- Wait a second… -Tim looks back at Tiffany’s now alive corpse- Tim- Oh shit… -Tiffany begins to giggling madly- Tim- I… I… -Tiffany pulls out a hand full of throwing daggers. Tim jumps behind the couch as she throws them straight at him. While Tiffany pulls out a few more, Tim heads for the door and slams it behind him just as three blades come right at him, now, stuck in the door. Cut to Tim running down the streets, their empty. The lights from houses are dark yellow and both Tiffany and a stark fog begin to chase him. He cuts around a corner and walks into a Graveyard. The tombstones are covered in vines, the grass is burnt and large rotten brick walls shield the ugly looking place of rest away from the rest of the world. Tim looks behind him to see nothing. He crouches down for a bit to breath, never resting on the ground knowing he needs to be ready to spring up at any moment. Tim looks down at his chest to see blood dripping from his suit- Tim- What the… -Then, a cold stiff arm jams through his chest covered in his fresh blood, and in the dead hand is his bloody and beating heart. He turns his head slightly to see Tiffany behind him, with the most evil grin imaginable, Tim’s eyes roll back and the screen fades to black- The Priest- (VO) When you enter Hell, there aren’t no welcomes, Hell likes to get straight to the point… -Fire blasts upward from the crisp ground, badly burnt hands rise from cracks in the earth. The sky is black red and shadows of monstrous figures walking a muck are in the background. Tim’s chest is bloody, his eyes and skin are pale, he gets up from the hot ground and looks around the place. Tiffany walks up behind him with a fierce face. She grabs him and starts to violently shake him- Tiffany- YOU FUCKING BASTARD! You…goddamn… you… fucking… piece of… fucking… -Tiffany stops shaking him and begins to cry. Tim looks down at the ground in shock. He grabs and holds her- Tim- Listen, I know that there is nothing I can say for you to forgive me… Tiffany- Forgive you? Tim- I know…but… I never meant to hurt you… Tiffany- Is that why you ripped my fucking heart out? Tim- It wasn’t because I wanted to kill you; it was because I was angry as… well, hell. And I couldn’t control myself. Tiffany- I don’t know why… but… I’m sorry. Tim- Maybe it was because you laughed in my face and ripped my heart apart before you literally ripped it. Tiffany- That could be it… Tim- Is that why where in hell? Tiffany- Probably… Tim- I always loved you… Tiffany- I know… Tim- Did you love me? Tiffany- At first… I don’t think so. But now… I… -Tim grabs her hand and lifts it up- Tim- I know. -Tim and Tiffany begin to kiss- Tim- (whispering) Let’s have a wedding… -Cut to a storm rising over a green hill. A Church sits atop it. The wind blows bland grass and leaves wash by every once and a while. The Church is tall, stone and gray. It looks dull and the stain-glassed windows have only two colors: dark blue and bright red. A young, lean blonde couple are getting married on the dark red carpet. The Groom’s side is covered in dusty old people while The Bride’s has a select few young, gorgeous women. The Priest wears a long purple robe, white hair brushed back and thick eyebrows, he looks at the couple with both fear and awe- The Priest- Now… we’ve gotten that over with. Do you take this- -The front door breaks open. Tim begins to rev up a chainsaw- Tim- TRICK OR TREAT! -Behind him, Tiffany is holding an Axe- The Priest- What in God’s name is this? -Tim runs up behind The Groom’s side and begins to decapitate several people. There heads fly up in the air and behind them are fountains of blood. Tiffany jams the axe in the back of a girl sitting at the Bride’s side, then pulls out a knife and starts to slit their throats. They both laugh hysterically as they massacre everyone except The Priest, they’re covered in blood, the pews flood with limbs and heads. The Priest just stares at them in shock and awe. They both approach him, holding hands- The Priest- Now then… do you take this man in death for the rest of your natural life? -Zoom back to see Tiffany in a white wedding dress, holding roses- The Priest- Do you take this woman in death for the rest of your natural life? -Zoom over to see Tim is a tuxedo- Tim- I do The Priest- I know pronounce you… -Tiffany and Tim begin to kiss. The Priest closes his Bible. The noise of something squishing can be heard. Tiffany lifts her hand up to reveal a bloody beating heart. Tim grabs her other hand and they begin to walk out of the Church. The Priest’s skin is now pale, his eyes are foggy and there is a bloody hole in his robe. He lifts his hand and extends his middle figure to them. Cut to Tim and Tiffany at a bright, colorful park. Their eating spaghetti from a single plate, they begin to slurp a noodle at the same time and in a matter of moments, the noodle they’re eating leads their lips together. They both stand up, Tim pulls out a shovel and Tiffany pulls out a knife. They hold hands, running through the park, stabbing and destroy everyone and everything in their path. Now they’re in a diner, drinking something from a straw while they look into eachother’s eyes. Zoom down to see the head of a man. Their straws are mashed into his brain. Another cut, their at Tim’s apartment. They sit on the couch holding hands. Outside, a large mob makes it’s way to them. There are candle-lights but it’s mostly torches that light the angry crowd’s way. Tim looks at Tiffany- Tim- Tiffany, you’re all I ever needed. These last days couldn’t have been better. Tiffany- I know. Tim- It’s like we’ve tasted Heaven. And even thought it was a little piece, I can imagine how great it’ll be when we get there. Tiffany- I know. Tim, I couldn’t help but think that this will be the last time we’ll be here. Can you expect the fact that… this life is over? Tim- As long as I’m with you… then yes. Tiffany- I love you. Tim- I love you. -Tim grabs Tiffany and holds her. The sound of the door being broken done rams through the room- Tim- I always will. Forever and ever. -Tim lifts Tiffany’s head and brushes her locks out of her face. The door breaks down- Tiffany- Forever. -They kiss as Molotov Cocktail flies past their connected heads and hits the wall. The room begins to go up in flames. The sound of laughing can be heard. Fade to black- The End
