We fade to a casino poker room. People are laughing, chatting and playing cards. We cut to black. The sound of gunfire is heard. We fade to the same poker room, riddled with bullets. A team of heavily armoured men stands in the centre of the room, aiming guns at the screaming gamblers.
TEAM LEADER
Silence! There will be silence!
BLAM! A gunshot is heard from off-screen, and a bullet penetrates the helmet of Group Leader, who falls to the floor, dead. We cut to see Captain Scarlet dressed in a tuxedo and holding a smoking pistol, his shirt bloody.
CAPTAIN SCARLET
Have it your way.
We cut to black. We cut to a shot of Cloudbase, an enormous aircraft carrier suspended in the sky.
CAPTAIN BLUE (V.O.)
It's The Mysterons.
We cut to a man, face obscured by sunglasses and a baseball cap, standing in the middle of a desert road as two large black vans explode inches away from him.
We cut to the outside of a casino at night. An assassin dressed in dark clothes aims an M4 assault rifle at an unseen target through the window from a window cleaning platform.
We cut to a blue car speeding down a road at night, Scarlet clinging to the top for dear life.
We cut to black.
COLONEL WHITE (V.O.)
It seems Captain Scarlet has fallen from grace.
We fade to a shirtless, haunted looking Scarlet grinning maliciously at somebody offscreen and pressing two defibrillator pads together, creating an enormous blue spark that lights up the room for a split second.
CAPTAIN SCARLET
Let's get creative.
We cut to a tank-like S.P.V. tearing through the streets of Las Vegas, a missile hitting it and exploding.
We cut to Scarlet grappling with a man armed with a pistol in a dark back alley, the gun discharging into the air.
We cut to five white jets soaring through the night sky.
We cut to Scarlet pounding his fists against a window and screaming, although no noise can be heard.
We cut to a graveyard on a rainy day, where a funeral is taking place. Scarlet, Blue, Destiny Angel, White and Lieutenant Green are present in the congregation, dressed in black.
We cut to Scarlet inside a scaffolding rig. Something crashes through the ceiling behind him and lands on the ground.
We cut to Captain Grey entering a dark hotel room and firing a pistol.
We cut to Scarlet hanging onto a grapple for dear life as he is towed away from an enormous explosion.
CAPTAIN SCARLET (V.O.)
I'm only going to ask you once.
We cut to Captain Blue sliding to cover behind a poker table and blind firing over the top of it.
We cut to Scarlet, in slow motion, leaping off the top of a building towards a fighter jet.
We cut to black. We fade to Scarlet holding the defibrillator pads.
CAPTAIN SCARLET
Where is Captain Black?
We cut to an airline plane skidding along a runway. In slow motion, a small jet tries to fly over it, but clips its wing on the larger plane and falls to the tarmac, causing a large explosion.
We cut to black.
