Ugh. I hate having to read films that are so absurd and quirkey that you can practically feel it in your stomach. I hate having to listen to contrived dialogue and funky transitions that make no sense at all.
Luckily for me I didn't have to.
This film takes a kind of stupid premise and makes it work. It makes it work so much that it becomes something incredible. This is a film that reads more like an actual holywood script rather than an amateurs try.
The Characters are the real backbone of this story. And they are handled with grace. Daz also doesnt back down from making you second guess a characters true nature. However, here comes the ONLY problem I have with the film, as some characters are altered to much, to fast.
And what to say about the pacing? I am still amazed this is 116 pages of material. It flew by in a nY minute.
Ice T once said there are some rap albums so good they make you want to stop rapping. There are also films that make you want to stop writing.
this is that film. Good Job
9.5/10
