Plot Outline:
After the Japanese government goes bankrupt after many attacks on Godzilla, the Chinese government takes over. Mr. Hu (Li), a corrupt Hong Kong businessman begins embezzling money and investing the money into creating his own monster through genetic testing. The monster, called Orga, escapes and now Japan has been sealed off leaving an American college kid, Harris (Eastwood) stuck left to get to the bottom of it. Harris and Hu collide and now an enraged battle begins between man and monsters.

Project was started in 2005 after studios were mad at how bad GODZILLA: FINAL WARS faired in Japanese Box Office.
Also the first Godzilla film to be almost in English and Mandarin with tiny bits of Japanese dialogue.
The monster Orga's history is new compared to it's last film appearence in Godzilla 2000. In that film, Orga is an alien lifeform while in this, it is created by man.
Sequel:
Another Godzilla film in the works but not connected to this film at the time being.
