Alright then. At what point did I question if Peter was a nerd, but rather that if he looked like one. Sure, he can be a fashionable nerd, go for it. Just sayin' that with bringing the web-shooters in "because they're in the comics" that the same logic could be applied to you know, making Parker look like he did in the comics. But if they pick and choose, so be it.
I still find the skateboarding part just silly but Raimi's films are silly flourishes, so whatever.
I also added that the web shooters were necessary for Peter's character but okay. The point is, if we dressed Parker like he was in the comics originally it'd be weird. He'd have a sweater vest over a dress shirt and brown slacks. Times have changed as does the wardrobe.
I see what're your saying but it just doesn't look right to me though I don't find the web-shooters necessary, but I guess there we agree to disagree.
