I watched this the other day and thought it was actually really good, I wasn't entirely sure what was going on plotwise, but maybe I wasn't paying enough attention, but the camera angles/acting/narration have vastly improved since I last watched some of your short films.
Well done

I noticed around 5:10 one of your actors looked straight in the camera.
Shooting got a little awkward around the 9 min mark with the kid throwing the ball.
And thats my only problems...
Atmospheric... Moody... Dark...
Indy you amaze me. It was great. Well acted for the most part, apart from some of the dialogue feeling a little clumsy in young actors mouths. But you clearly thought about framing. Which is your strength. 99% of frames are so well composed I forget I'm watching something amateur. Also you have a great knack for focus. I've always believed messing around with focus can come up with some great effects.
Loved the dark fairytale like plot. Spooked the hell out of me. Out of curiousity where do you get your sound effects?
And brilliantly edited as usual.
Cant wait for the next one.
